I called three times to cancel the prime membership that you guys automatically signed me up for and this is out of this universe the way I was treated by the customer service rep after 35 minutes he hasn't canceled it giving me all kind of reasons to keep the membership And afterwards smiling. I booked my flight to the UK from Kenya as my mother was not feeling well and had been admitted into hospital in the UK. She took a turn for the worst and her prognosis was not good so I decided to request a change of date. I completed the online request and this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The day after submitting the request my new date was confirmed. No stress and no hassle.
This is the first time I book a plane with this app and despite I chosed the option to change flights, when I tried to do it by phone, the agent told me I must change both flights but I only want to change the go flight no the return... so I have to keep what I had first chosen.

I made the booking with EDreams because i unknowingly had subscribed annually to prime membership.
I was told i could get a voucher back for half of the money paid, but i had to stay a member and book again to use it.
When i did book i got my prime discount but saw nothing of the refund voucher that was promised.
I tried calling to speak to someone twice but had to hang up after waiting for an answer twice.
So I am not very impressed as i was obviously lied to in terms of the refund and theres no customer support to help.

During searching my details are not retained for multiple searches, meaning having yo repeatedly input the same data. This is the same for flights and hotels. I'm sure there is a quick fix for that.
You go to buy a flight and then it stresses you out with "the prices will get up" or to pay for many insurances, seats, cancellations... and that stresses you a lot. The first price is never the good one.
I've been utilizing eDreams app for little over a yr now & I've found the best deals - international & domestic. I'll continue to seek out Dreams first for my travel needs.
I was surprised when I searched online to book for my upcoming flight from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore for both my wife and myself through eDreams with a low and cost effective air tickets including a further surprising attractive discount.
I had a mini panic attack when I was paying my booking and it just got stuck on the payment transaction page. I was alerted from my bank that the payment went through but my screen on the edream sight did not change and did not show that my transaction was completed or not. But a couple mins after I received an email from edream and the plane company I was booking.

Discounts are good with a wide choice to choose from.

Good and fast but the price are expansive and I couldn't reserve the seats.i was forced to go on Turkish Airline to reserve the seats. I couldn't do the travel insurance on Turkish Airlines because they don't do this for Romanian citizens. Please let me know how I can do travel insurance. Thank you.
Went pretty smoothly, some minor issues but nothing a little reading and common sense couldn't resolve. Saved about $50 booking through eDreams instead of directly on the Spirit Airline site.
It was a smooth and easy check out. I enjoyed the way. The flights were displayed, and that I was able to pick the cheapest one instead of having to look through all of them.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
