First time using ECP. Never again. First canvas was stretched so poorly the black border was visible on the front of the canvas. They redid it for free, but they did not stretch the canvas tightly and there are huge "wrinkles' showing. Not going to bother giving them a third chance.
I ordered a few canvases from them. My initial order was a large canvas. First one sent was damaged, the replacement was damaged. The third one was good. They basically just wrap thin plastic around the canvas onto a cardboard back. Then slide it in a box. Not much protection and it slides around and breaks out. The customer service is awesome but that doesnt make up for all the aggravation. The couple I ordered after that were ok but packed the same. They must like sending replacements often. Ive been ordering from one of their competitors and the shipping protection is amazing! Their shipping time is also quicker Sorry Easy Canvas. Your quality is awesome but its a gamble if I get it in good condition.
I just tried to order from EasyCanvasPrints. My total including the shipping cost was $49.79, I hit the submit order button and the total rose to $70.92. When I tried to call, they would answer & put the phone down until I hung up after 45 minutes. The only way I got a chance to speak to a person was when I hit the button for needing help in making an order. The young man was polite, but he kept saying he was on my side and he was sorry. He kept putting me on hold, trying to find some way to make this right. He offered to make it $61 but that is not what I the total was suppose to be. I see now they are not an honest company and will put a great price on their website, but won't honor it. You can't leave a review on their website either. THat is why all of them were positive.
I had ordered from these people through groupon years ago... its was so so... NOW every day I get spam ads from spammers paid by these idiots. If ever I need canvas... I will NEVER do business with or from any spam. It shows desperation.
Got my canvass wirh head chopped off they wanted to pay for shipping and then they said half well thats 8.00 I already paid 65.00 on this order and they didn't want to correct fully. It should have been caught at processing. They should made good on it. The first shipping was 30.00

I just ordered 100$ worth of canvas's on this website after reading a lot of good reviews... ofcourse I searched more for reviews AFTER I ordered and now I'm reading all the bad ones. Strongly hoping mine turn out good :( if I don't get 100$ back I'm going to be so upset.
Placed an order to be shipped directly friends. It was to be a wedding gift. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO ADD A NOTIFICATION SAYING SOMETHING LIKE "This was sent to you by Mr & Mrs________ as a wedding gift".
Not a thought out ordering system... seems like something you'd encounter if you were doing business with some company in China or one of the 3rd world Asian companies!
I ordered a print of my daughter and was sent someone else's picture! I contacted the company and they told me to destroy that one and they'd reprint mine and send it out to me. When I questioned where my picture was they only stated that they told the customer to destroy it! Umm what?! So now some random stranger has a picture of my kid! Absolutely horrible way to handle it! They could have cared less that someone else had my print. As far as I know, at least 3 orders were screwed up during my experience with them. I will NEVER order anything from them ever again! They didn't even had the decency to expedite my order even after they learned it was a Father's Day gift and my husband had nothing because of their incompetence!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Quality is poor, price is good, but not worth it, better to pay more and be happy with your picture, then order from this site. After speaking with a rep. About my order, there was no compensation and couldn't do anything for me! Will never order from here again!
I write this approximately ONE MONTH (Dec 20) after starting and today abandoning a print project at ECP. I initially wanted the thanksgiving holiday discount, and I launched the failed printing process there shortly before the last week in November.
In short: they simply don't give a damn. The "art team" ignored my file, for 3+ weeks. They don't bother to tell you either that they have an "ftp" site - only a small number of reps know that - but - it doesn't matter because the art department can't deal with jpegs, psds, or pdf formats... I don't know what options that leaves...
Thoroughly disgusted...
This is the best purchase I've ever made! I printed a 30x40 canvas, and I was really worried about how the quality of the picture would turn out being blown up so large because the photo was taken with a regular camera. When I got it, I was shocked by how beautiful it is! It is amazing clarity and color. Simple to hang. The website was a breeze to use. I called to talk to customer service to update my address and it was easy to get through and they were very nice and helpful. I couldn't have had a better experience. It looks like a professional print that would cost hundreds. I can't there are any negative reviews of this company! I highly recommend them - you won't be disappointed.
The following is based on my personal experience.
One of the two prints I ordered had a clogged print nozzle or something on the canvas, because the print has a 1 inch, in length white unprinted canvas mark in an area that cannot be cover with a frame. As an instructor of a graphic design career class (which produces industry standard prints), I would have explained to my students... When a customer purchases custom prints for framing... The print needs to be perfect. Because some customers do not voice their concerns about a poorly produced product... Some customers just never come back.
I sent EasyCanvasPrints good pictures of my artwork and when I received the canvases the colors and quality was atrocious. I had planned to give one canvas to a customer but not now I'm very embarrassed to give this hideous canvas to anyone. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER...

I purchased my canvas June 6th and still have not received it. It stated it was delivered in Austin, Texas - I am in Nashville. When I contacted customer service they stated UPS tried to deliver it but I had the wrong address. I sent them the UPS tracking which clearly states it was signed for and delivered in Austin, TX. They stated I can re-order but I have to pay an additional $32.00 for another delivery OR I can get a refund for the canvas minus the delivery fee. I honestly just want what I paid for MY CANVAS. Customer service via email is responsive - not so much on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a 24x36 canvas print- Ordered the print 10/28 and received on 11/11/15.
I immediately noticed the corners had worn during transit- a bit surprising as this was a completely new print. The promotion I ordered through made the total order cost $53 which wasn't bad in my opinion for a print this large- but I did expect some kind of protection for the ink rubbing off during transit. I just hung the print and there is one white scrape on the right side and 2 corners with missing ink revealing the corners.
Overall, the print is what I expected for image quality- only surprised by how quickly the ink rubbed off- It would be nice if the company offered a lacquer to prevent this as standard.
Very very disappointed with my prints. On one print there seems to be a strange mark or reflection that is not on the photograph taken with my camera. They all look orange and cheap, the corners are lumpy They were taken at a family celebration and were to be given as presents but are not good enough. I not sure what to do with them.
It's like playing Russian roulette with this company's printing process. I ordered two canvas prints, the first one a sepia-colored image which was reproduced correctly. The second one unfortunately was delivered with an orange tint throughout the image. When I opened the box, the first thing I saw was orange. Even the bright white pants from my original submission were tinted pink. After sending photos of the orange-tinted canvas, Allen from the "Customer Love Team" at Easy Canvas Prints agreed that "the lighting in the pictures is very orangy/hazy."
He blamed it on the original image. However, I have had the image reproduced in large scale before and never had this problem. I use photoshop at home where I can blow up the image to detect for these flaws.
He said the retouching fee would be around $20 to have their "art team edit photo to counter act the orangy nature." He later wrote, "To have us correct this photo and reprint the canvas you would be looking at a total charge of $29.30 which would include a retouch fee for our art team to edit your photo, as well as a shipping fee to send the canvas back out."
Despite repeated attempts to also draw attention to the fact that my signature at the bottom of the right hand of the image had been cut off, Allen never addressed it.
Allen said the second option, reprint with a new image, would be at no cost except for a shipping fee of $14.30.
However, after about five emails, and no attempt to even address the other issue of my signature cut off at the lower right hand corner, I hesitated to risk another Russian roulette, a hit and miss of getting a quality print, so I chose to forego having to deal with their unreliable printing process. If they couldn't get a simple color image done correctly or deal with a signature placement, I hesitated to even pay 14 bucks in shipping and risk another similar situation.
Not only did they ruin the canvas print, but a special gift I was to give someone. I will never use this company again and I suggest you don't either..
I ordered a canvass for my friends 25th birthday on Monday 19th and paid £15 for a fast delivery to arrive on Friday 23rd and it still has not arrived. I have sent three emails and have not received 1 back. I'm a disgusted at the service and will not be using them again
Answer: Disappointed in the quality of the picture. The colors were dull. My photo was bright and vivid.
Answer: The delivery time was under a week. I live in the country so everything takes a day longer than expected. I chose to have the art team evaluate the quality of the image before printing. They contacted me right away and the only delay there was me getting back to them. I talked with an artist on the phone about it and then it went out almost right away.
Answer: I'm not sure about yours but mine arrived exactly as it appeared in person. Maybe it's an option you selected accidentally?
Answer: I chose to have my image reviewed by the art team before printing. I took the photo on my phone and the 36 inch print came out looking good! I was able to talk with an artist on the phone to confirm the image quality before printing. This service was definitely worth the extra few dollars.
