We sent a picture of our granddaughter at the beach for her father's wedding to Easycanvas. When we received it, it was much darker than the original. We called and talked to a very nice man who agreed with our conclusion. He said to go into the camera and brighten the picture and send two or three in that were actually brighter than we wanted They'd put them on canvas and send them back. We pick the one we like and return the rest for credit. So we did all that We were charged $118 for the three new pics, but I figured we'd be credited that same amount after we returned the three we didn't want. So I sent back the three and waited for the credit. Finally, I called and talked with an arrogant young man who made it clear in his five months with the company, it was never done this way and that I had obviously misunderstood instructions. We argued for a bit until I finally asked what they were going tp do for me. He then talked with a supervisor and gave me $75 credit. In the end, after a lot of hassle, we got a nice picture costing us $100 instead of the $37 we anticipated.
I had ordered a beautiful big canvas of me and my husband for Valentine's Day for him as a gift. The package came in my husband thought it was his since there was no name just our address. And it ruined the whole plan I was so sad say the least
This company sends dozens and dozens of spam emails. I receive at least two spam emails from they every day. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM.
Received our canvas print from Easy Canvas Print for the first time and are disappointed in the quality. After putting the picture on the wall we immediately noticed rippling of the canvas in the top left and bottom left of the canvas. There is also visible indentations on the right side of the canvas. Seems like the canvas was not properly attached to the wood frame. We paid $75 dollars for this and are requesting either a replacement or our money back as it looks like poor craftsmanship. We've attached a picture so you can see. Would not recommend.
I ordered several prints and one had an issue and they refunded my money and I ordered a replacement. They were prompt and very nice to work with. I love my pics! I would definitely order from them again.
I'm really surprised that they have a B rating with the BBB that's basically because they reply to complaints, but if you go read some of the complaints it's overwhelming because of spam. This company allows their affiliates to spam people like crazy and go unchecked. They claim they want to remove your email address from the affiliates however what they should be doing is terminating the account of any Affiliates that break the law. They need to be held accountable! They also need to put a valid email address on their website. I think the solution to the problem is the government needs to ban affiliate programs... and guess what? We would have no more spam because the spammers wouldn't get paid to send out junk!
Canvas came ripped box no sawtooth but holes where it should have been. Wrap all ripped inside so apparently sawtooth got knocked off and fell out of the box. I asked for a replacement and all I got was grief. After two weeks they said they would give me 20% back. Total for the canvas was $61.48. They sent $8 I told them to keep it. My advice go elsewhere this company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with.
I was VERY skeptical after reading the reviews( after I ordered) and was certain mine would look terrible. BUT they were great! It totally depends on the quality of the photo you give them. Make sure the photo is clear and it can be blown up to the size you want and still be clear and you will have a great result. Mine came out perfect.
I just ordered two 24 x 36 canvas prints of photos I took while visiting Cuba. Both were from high resolution cameras with lots of pixels. To those who complain about pixelation, it is likely that the submitted image was taken from an iPhone or similar-there are size limitations as to how large you can make an image. I was satisfied with the image results I can't give it 5 stars as for the size of these 24 x 36 prints as there was no central support bar, leaving it very fragile. A sawtooth hanger on the back is also flimsy. It was a great value for the money!
What I get was such a bad print it never could hang on a wall! After my complaint they want suddenly nothing know about their "Satisfaction Guarantee". Offering only a partly refund is not acceptable as this picture can be only trashed. Stay away from this company: to many bad reviews, bad customer service and not fulfilling their promises regarding the Satisfaction Warranty! Answering emails needs weeks! They believe obviously that you give up.
Don't waste your money with them. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more elsewhere. I just got off of the phone with " customer service " in reference to an order that I received today. One of the products is so blurry I would be embarrassed to gift it. Another is damaged ( scratched) from the hangar on the back of another. I ordered a total of 4 prints 2 of which were small and fine but the other 2 larger prints are the ones with the issues. I asked about quality control and was told that a human does not print OR wrap the items so they never see the finished product. So there were ( 4) finished products wrapped together with NOTHING separating them from one another. Again keep in mind there are metal hangars with teeth on the back of each item. The bottom line is I will never order anything from them again.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on December 18 with the shipping option that said it would be delivered by December 24. I phoned the company to confirm the quality of the photo with Jordan and the increased amount of shipping I would pay in order to receive by DEC 24. (There were three shipping options -- the $24.99 option had a Dec 24 delivery date listed underneath it) Today, when I checked on the order status, I saw a JAN 6 delivery date. I spoke with customer service -- they were of no help. I insisted they listen to the conversation of DEC 18, and although they admit that their representative made a mistake in confirming that the order would be received by Christmas, they would not honor paying the expedited shipping to ensure I had this canvas in time. They did not accept responsibility for the shipping option listed on their website that stated it would arrive by Dec 24. They did not accept responsibility for the confirmation made by their representative. They simply did not want to pay the premium to ship the canvas and honor their commitment. Their solution was to issue a full refund. Never again.
This is my fourth time ordering different pictures did NOT have a problem with one and delivery was on time
Despite perfect alignment and cropping, my finished product had a visible 1/4" wide white vertical line through the right hand side. Obviously it was not part of the original photo presented. Upon explaining problem to customer service, they determined that I did not crop it properly. Therefore all my fault. They offered to re-produce at a cost higher than originally paid or a credit less shipping costs.

I have used this service on a couple of occasions. Never completely happy but, kept thinking it was my fault. The last pic i wanted done was perfect and professional. What I got back was a complete mess. Incredibly blurred. Customer service was nice at first and Amber agreed that the my pic was clear and sharp. She said she would send over to another department and would get back with me. That was several days ago. During that time I emailed and asked what was going on and got email back saying ticket had been closed. Also if it wasn't for me to reply to the email. So I did. Meanwhile they send me a customer satisfaction survey. I said I was extremely disappointed in product and service. So today I get an email from Amber... she starts off by "So, again(never had contact with her since the first time) do you want a PARTIAL refund or a reprint. Tech guys say pic is fine from angle taken." WHAT? I will never use or recommend.
Wish I would of read reviews before ordering. Received my canvas pictures and I was shocked with how bad they were. I cannot believe a business would send something like that out. Don't waste your money! This place is a joke!
Ordered 3 16"x24" canvas prints and they were made really quickly and arrived quicker than we expected. The printing quality is great and the quality of the canvas folding and edges are great. We couldn't be happier! Will order from them again next time.
Quality is horrible. I uploaded professional grade images but received horrible pixalated canvas prints. I uploaded the exact same images again and I spoke with customer care representative and they reviewed the images and said the images looked awesome and not sure why the previous order printed that way and that they would reprint them and send them back out to me. Thought that was great until they wanted to charge me for price of shipping again. Why should I have to pay for shipping on a product that I already paid for but received unusable canvas prints? They should cover the price of shipping to fix their mistake.
I have 10 different canvas pictures all from places like Sams or Canvas On Sale. My most recent purchase from Easy Canvas was the worst canvas pictures I have ever received. All 5 canvas pictures were blurry. They were professional photography pictures that came back with the worst quality. Will never use this company again.
Oddly they have 90k 5 star reviews on their own site? That means nearly 100 thousand people have bought from them and left reviews, imagine according to them another 100 thousand people did not leave reviews... as many people forget therefore 200,000 people in the country minimum have ordered from them? Wow that means out of every 100 people you know one of them has bought from them and been so happy to leave a 5 star review? Nope they communicate poorly, change dates, over charge shipping. Go to walmart save your time, money and frustration. Sad these type of companies exist.
Answer: Disappointed in the quality of the picture. The colors were dull. My photo was bright and vivid.
Answer: The delivery time was under a week. I live in the country so everything takes a day longer than expected. I chose to have the art team evaluate the quality of the image before printing. They contacted me right away and the only delay there was me getting back to them. I talked with an artist on the phone about it and then it went out almost right away.

Answer: I chose to have my image reviewed by the art team before printing. I took the photo on my phone and the 36 inch print came out looking good! I was able to talk with an artist on the phone to confirm the image quality before printing. This service was definitely worth the extra few dollars.
