I can not agree more with numerous complaints detailed previously. Dress Lily is impossible to contact once you have a problem, in my case no confirmation of shipping after 20 days of confirmation of payement. More and more, this company seems like a a thief (phone number for customer support no longer in service, confirmation number not valid, online chat never available, and email sent as a reply to confirmation of payement just came back to me,...) Avoid this company at all costs!

I came across this site on Facebook. Was drawn in due to the cute dresses and swim wear. They have the worst customer service ever! They Never return emails. It took them 4 weeks to provide me with a tracking number and then another 3 weeks before I received my order. I purchased a vintage one piece swim suit in a size bigger than I am, due to reviews
Saying that sizes run small I am a S & I ordered a large. It was teeny tiny. Although I can't wear it, it fits my 10 yr old daughter perfect. Soo glad I only spent $20. I learned my lesson, never buy from China or any other sites you unsure of. Its best to keep it
First of all, if I could give them no stars I would. This coming from a person that has never taken the time to review people who do bad things because I convinced myself it really wasn't that bad or hey, they could have done worse, but no. When I first saw their site I thought it was amazing because of their amazing prices and shipping deals (free shipping, overnight shipping) and at no extra cost! Then when a day or two passed when my order was supposed to be there, I tried to talk to the animated buddy, no help, it seems to be constantly on holiday or weekend. When I finally get a representative, email no less, weeks later they say my order was shipped the prior day. Seriously? Forget tracking numbers, those things didn't work one bit, the numbers they gave me weren't found ever. 6 weeks after, about 8 total, my order finally arrives. I go to take inventory of my items, I dont know if its just the items I ordered (lingerie and fun stuff) that was crap or what but honestly with the rest of the whole process, who would seriously want to ever want to deal with it. I can tell you these items, horrible! The material ripped to pieces right when you touched it, forget trying it on, you couldn't even touch it barely. Some of the stuff was so tangled and messed up it was hopeless. It looked like something I would have sewn in elementary school. You could see all the thread hanging out of everything. Out of 6 outfits, I could salvage 1 1/2. All that money wasted, and after all that time. No refund! I hope people read this who are thinking of shopping there, I certainly wish I had, save you money and aggravation.
Ordered three items, had been waiting for over 2 weeks to get plain RUBBISH, on first place my size is small that I ordered accordingly, got extra large instead, secondly the QUALITY of the items is BELOW ZERO. I wanted a refund that they not willing to pay at all, wanting me to pay more for them to get new items... OUTRAGEOUS, UNRELIABLE, SCAM! Would suggest anyone NOT TO ORDER from them.
Took forever to get my items and I ordered larges and they are all super small. Everything on the site runs 3 sizes small and is an awful quality. Apparently they are in China. Never again. BEWARE
NO matter how cute the clothes are and you are thinking about buying from them. Don't! I paid $160+ dollars bought insurance for my package because of the amount. And guess what they fabricated a delivery date before I even ordered my clothes. I never received my package and starting a claim was like talking to children,... maybe it's a language thing, but they treated me horribly. Guess what I have no clothes, had insurance and no refund, and no nothing. Horrible horrible horrible.! I had to rate this site a 1, but they deserve a -10 stars
Well I came across aress lily advert on facebook. Shopped and spent over $230. The money has been paid and has left my account. They send me email asking me to attach photos of my passport, drivers licence and credit card. I told them NO! I shop online all the time and never had anyone ask me for personal info like this. What do I do?
I wish, I found this site before I bought stuff from Dresslily. They lucky I'm giving them giving them 1star, if it was my option they would get no star. After I paid my order they took 10working days to ship my order out. Than it took an additional 5weeks before I received it, and I had to still pay customs which was a ridiculous amount. But at this point I already reached my boiling point. I send them messages but only got 2responses out of 10messages. I eventually got my stuff and the poor quality and some items looks nothing like the picture. I was so disappointed, I will never buy anything from them ever again. I'm so over it...
This company is not only disorganized, it's dishonest, sends out (when it does) cheap, unusable, over priced (hard to believe but true!) products! It was my first and last experience purchasing from this site. Size chart is unreliable, they sent me items I never ordered and won't reimburse. Other items, two, were never delivered nor credited. I gave one item to a friend, 3 others (clothing) will be given away to thrift shop, my daughter uses a purse (nothing like the picture) and, one top, will be useful around the house... Completely ridiculous. One item I paid 22$ for and, if I would have seen it in a store, would not have paid more then 10$ for! Sooooo not worth it! Will stick to renowned websites from now on. Don't send your hard earned money to these people.
It is absolutely terrible. They screwed me over, took my money after guaranteeing shipment of items within 24 hours and then said what I had ordered was no longer available after almost a month of me messaging them and asking them why the order had not shipped yet. Absolutely ridiculous! I am now waiting for a response telling them to refund my money in full. I AM SO ANGRY! I am going to leave a horrible review on every single site I can find that they are affiliated with!
I ordered a jacket and a piece of lingerie thinking wow these are great prices. Ill pay the extra $33 to get it express shipped (3-5 days) to me which would be a few days before an outdoor event i had which i wanted to wear the jacket at...
TWO weeks later, i get an email asking to get confirmation that i was the right card holder. I verified and said that i was disappointed that i was only getting this request now. Considering i wanted it within one business week. I then asked for my express shipping to be refunded.
ANOTHER two weeks later, i get an email telling me that the jacket i wanted was out of stock, and asked if I would like to chose another item. And they mentioned nothing about my express shipping money refunded
This whole process which should have been 3-5 business days has now turned into a month. With nothing sent in the mail yet.
They were polite to me, however there was no sense of urgency for online shoppers nor did it feel like they really cared if I did business with them or not. Online shopping is when people are really taking the risk and need that reassurance for a good company. They didnt show that.
I have ordered from DressLily 3 times now. From my experiences, I think DressLily offers very good jewelry as they always look EXACTLY as shown in pictures. The jewelry are priced very, very reasonably too.
Unfortunately for the clothes, I find the material quite cheap and will not withstand multiple wears and washes. That being said, the clothes are sold at very affordable prices. I have not ventured into buying any item more than AUD20 from DressLily's selection of Clothes. Perhaps those items might be of better quality than what I had ordered. As it is online shopping, there will be variations in dimensions of clothes from item to item and one consumer to the next, I suggest altering these clothes to fit.
This is my new favorite site. Once I figured out that it takes a couple weeks for the shipping, I'm happy with it.
This is truly a waste of my time and money to expedite the item for delivery. I normally wear an XL for my frame and they didnt have XL so i ordered XXL. When this item came to my house it was in a very small package, i was thinking to my self, wow they definitely have some folding skills, low and behold that XXL is actually a XS(extra small) or small... smh DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I will have to chalk up this as a lost.
Bought a blackmilk swimsuit dupe and a brown fluffy bear hoodie. DO NOT GET THE HOODIE IT IS HORRIBLE. Fluff keeps falling out, brown colour is disgusting, mismatch colouring for zippers and sleeve ends etc and a random extra patch of fabric at the bottom like it could be a dress... except its a jacket... just looks BAD. Totally not worth $20. The reviews on there said it was good but I am severely disappointed. The swimsuit wasn't too bad except the print was not accurate (similar) and the fabric is quite thin... will probably save up for the real thing next time.
I ordered a black jacket form Dresslily. 3 weeks later the jacket arrived & it was red. I asked them to arrange for return shipping & for the correct jacket to be sent. They offensively offered me a 6-7% discount on the red jacket... which I declined. Then they offered me 20%. I declined this also as the jacket would be an embarrassment to wear in public. It looks like a cheap costume piece & nothing like the picture that they advertised. I am still struggling to get them to pay for return shipping. Never will I order from this site again. & I will certainly be checking out online store reviews in the future. After reading what others have said I could have saved a lot of drama.
I did order 3 items from them on 29 April and came here on 20 may and serious all the 3 items is a big $#*!, all are bad completely bad in design and its so far from the photos what they put for the items. I'm going to send the items back to them to get my money back and I'll think many times before i shop again from them

I love what I got from dress lily! I had read negative reviews and horror stories of never getting an order, as well as expensive shipping costs. So I was discerning in my search and only bought two things, both which came with free shipping. I figured if I never got my order, I'm only out twenty bucks.
Lo and behold, I not only got my order, but in just over two weeks! I thought it would have taken a month or so. The dress I bought is adorable and the watch I got is constantly being complemented.
If you're not in a time crunch, I would definitely recommend. I also purchased insurance and tracking for my order, which was a dollar or two more. I was pleased with my experience and will definitely use dress lily again!
