Item was too big. I looked pregnant. It was sized correctly on website but was not sized correctly when it arrived almost 2 months later.
Great products, low prices, clothing sizes from tiny to big, different color clothing items, also have home decor.
I RECENTLY ORDERED A HOODIE SWEATSHIRT THAT TURNED OUT TO BE NOTHING BUT AN EXPENSIVE T-SHIRT. THE MATERIAL IS SO THIN I CAN SEE LIGHT THROUGH IT. I WEAR A SIZE LARGE SO I ORDERED AN XLG SO I COULD WEAR IT OVER OTHER CLOTHING. NOT! THIS THING IS SO SMALL ITS SKIN TIGHT AND DOESN'T EVEN GO DOWN TO MY WAIST. PISS POOR CHEAP PRODUCT. I love this site! I get exactly what I asked for and I get compliments on my clothes every time I wear them. It's worth the wait and a great deal!
I bought two dresses, mainly was interested in one of those for a wedding I have a in a few weeks. I ordered both at the same time, and when it arrived 2 weeks after I found out they only had in stock one of those dresses. Despite of this being available when I bought it and Dresslily taking my money, I never received the item.
After complaining, they said it will be back in stock between 7 and 15 days which I was fine to wait for. After said period I had no news, and when I enquired they said they did not know when it would be available.
They gave me a refund for the dress I wanted and needed, but not the full amount! They charged me as hey discounted a discount that had been applied to both dresses and a shipping fee that was not applicable when I made the order - any other retailer would have offered an apology and solution rather than take your money when they screwed up.
STAY AWAY! IT IS A SCAM, AS THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOU AND THEY WILL NOT APOLOGISE FOR ANY OF THEIR MISTAKES!

Should receive 0 stars (no refund, long, split delivery, bad support).
Worst things first: Returned items are not at all being refunded. I was first explicitly asked to send it without tracking ID with normal mail, but then I was allowed to send it with tracking ID. Parcel was lost, support said to me.
Support was trying to convince me to refund only 15% and letting me keep the items.
Support answered fast, but the process when returning items was cumbersome, asking long questions, demanding to state every item number, return reason.
The quality is bad, the smell is horrible, it looks smells and feels cheaper than expected, prices are high compared to regular fashion given this really bad quality.
Delivery took 4 weeks, I think this is a rather long period - but everybody should decide on that on his own.

I'm very satisfied with dresslily. In fact I have since made several more orders^_^ If there was a delay in shipping, I was told promptly, and everything always comes safely packed in their own bags. I'm more than impressed with the service and with the amount of clothing options I have available to me as a plus size lady. As long as they keep doing what they're doing, I'll keep shopping.
Ordered from them in the beginning of June. Never received so much as a confirmation email or anything. They did however charge my credit card right away for the swimsuit I NEVER RECEIVED! And another charge a day later for "international shipping". Went back and forth with customer support for weeks and they were no help! JUST GOT SCAMMED. Your welcome for my donation.
