I didn't think it would actually work and be this convenient even after reading the reviews, but I'm here to tell yall that it really and truly works… it didn't even take as long as it said it would… now I'm able to use my phone after having it for 3 months and not knowing I could've been unlocked it on my own
A great company who can be trysted to deal you professionally and rapidly with explanations along the way when I needed clarification on anything. Having used another company previously to unlock a phone, I was expecting the process to take at least 72 hours and to be much more expensive. I couldn't believe how quick the whole process took.
From time of payment to the email acknowledging that the process was complete took no more than an hour and maybe even less, but I didn't check emails for some time. I was also very happy with the price as my previous attempt to do the same thing a couple of years ago cost me £75! I would highly recommend anyone using Direct Unlocks
I had gotten this phone from my brother as a replacement for my phone that he had lost. However, he did not tell me it was locked to T-Mobile. I had tried another service provider to unlock my device, but they came back to me a month later saying it was not possible. Direct Unlocks was able to unlock my phone and it is now a fully functional and unlocked device and they did it within 6hrs! Very satisfied. I would happily do business with them again.

Was charged 14.99$ plus $50 to do the unlock after they said they can unlock it but now after that $50 fee all of sudden they can't unlock it, its a scam and i reported it to the bank and do a chargeback due to this scam site, all they keep saying is we can do a credit for future use, i said NO i ain't doing anymore services with you guys

I paid the initial fee for eligiblity (My phone was eligible) and then the 2nd payment for the unlocking fee on October 10th 2024. The status of my unlocking has been at 99% for over 4 months now and I am always the one initiating contact for a status. Directunlocks.com will respond with the same thing every time! They are exhausting all efforts and if they are unable to unlock my phone, they will refund my money. However, when is it determined that all efforts are exhausted? Who makes that decision? I've received no answers or updates at this point. It really seems like they just drag this process out so you give up and they keep your money.
They have now stopped allowing me to use the live support feature on their site. They are making it more difficult to contact them in the hopes that I give up and they can steal my money.
Do not use this company for unlocking services! SCAM!
