SCAM ALERT! This company is completely misleading and deceptive. Their website and marketing claim they will unlock your phone instantly for $24.99, but that's a total lie. After paying, you find out that the $24.99 was just to "check compatibility," not to actually unlock your phone. Then, they hit you with an additional $54 charge to proceed with unlocking, promising a 4-hour turnaround—sometimes up to 24 hours in "rare cases."
After paying the extra fee, their email states that unlock codes are "ready to be provided immediately." But after 10 hours, I contacted support, only to be told that their timeframes are based on "last week's performance" and are not guaranteed. Then, the real scam was revealed—they said it could take up to 19 DAYS to get my unlock code!
This company knowingly deceives customers, takes their money under false pretenses, and then hides behind fine print in their terms and conditions. I never would have used them if I had known their marketing was outright fraudulent. I've since filed a dispute with my bank for fraud. Stay far away from this scam!
It took some extra days and almost made me think I was scammed. Then I received a message with my code and it went through on the first try! THEY ARE NOT A SCAM!

Wanted to unlock phone and this service was great And made it easy to do. I put my information in and in 3 days they sent me a code.
I was a little nervous but I just held out and got an email in the middle of the night and bam, we in the game.

I was a bit sceptical at first! But I decided to go through with the unlock.
It did take a few days and I was a little concerned but direct unlocks message me to say O2 were taking to long and they would get the code from Samsung and that would take a bit longer.
I was kept updated well through the process.

I was a bit hesitant at the beginning thinking that the page could be a scam but I was happily surprised that is legit!
The service was really fast and while giving me the confidence that the site recognised my iPhone's model and both IMEIs. The service projected 3 days and was less than 12 hours at the end. Would recommend it with no doubt!

These guys are killer use them whenever you need a phone unlocked guaranteed unless your $#*! is blacklisted then they will unlock it they will find a way they'll go around the carrier they'll go to the manufacturer they'll pull out all the stops for your money so you definitely get your money's worth please if you use insight these guys don't use any of these other fakers out there

At the begining of the process I was not sure if this site was goung to be able to unlock my old Samsung S8 from my previous carrier (Eastlink Canada), and after being asked for the 2nd payment (the fee for actually unlocking the device), I started thinking this could be a scam, and the progress bar/percentage not moving up was not helping.
However, after less than 36 hrs later I got the email with the NCK/MCK unlock codes.
I followed the very simple instructions on the email and my phone is carrier free, and currently using a Public Mobile carrier chip.
It was a very simple process. Everything was explained thoroughly. There were not a lot of steps which was great!
Carrier wouldn't unlock because I had not been with them long enough. It's not instant, but I had been trying for months. What's 4days going to hurt?

The service was good, fair and timely. However, initially I was told the cost would be $28.99, then I was charged and additional $50 without being told why. Other than that It was just okay.
It took a few days but worth it 🙏 I resell phone and now this is my go to website to unlock al my iPhone

Direct Unlocks was able to get my phone unlocked which I bought off Mercari which said it was already unlocked but wasn't. Was extremely satisfied!
