I was looking to change my name legally but when reading about the requirements, procedures and cost on the official UK gov website, I was disheartened but after researching further, I came across Deed Poll Office which has been extremely helpful and reliable.
The website is legit and explains everything you need to know when it comes to changing your name, I did have a specific query that I couldn't find on the website so I contacted them via their contact form and within a day, I received a helpful reply answering all my questions immediately.

I placed my order the following day and received my certificate within the stated time frame of 2 working days, the certificate arrived on beautiful certificate paper and included a pack that advised me of the organisations I would need to contact in regards to my name change including the requirements of applying for a Passport in this new name. They also sent me word documents via email if any company challenged the deed poll which was very reassuring to have as Deed Poll Office has also confirmed they would help if I was challenged.

TL; DR: Legit company, great customer service, website explains everything you need to know, certificate came quickly and on nice printed paper & you get docs telling you who to update about your name change.
