I like the application but did not know how to navigate when I wanted to go back to the line where I wanted to change. If I could read the lease and click on the line in the lease to bring me back to the input it would have been helpful.
Both the documents I and revocable trust were a little difficult to maneuver and I was hamstrung by the not very clear boxes. Are there no instructions to guide a first time user? Thank you, Robert Hirschman
In addition to the will I would like to prepare a living trust but I don't seem to be able to get to the right page. Every time I look for the trust page it takes me back to the pour over will document.
I was looking at the Law Depot site and apparently signed up for a free trial when I was just looking to get a single document. Next thing I know, I'm charged $50 for a monthly subscription. I called immediately to explain that I will not be using the service - at all! I asked for a refund and they refused! They said this is their business model. Why would they want to take my hard earned $50 even knowing that I will not use their service? I guess they need this business model to stay in business. That tells me a lot about this company! They are unable to afford to refund my money even though they know I was tricked into a subscription and will not use the service? This isn't the kind of company I want to work with!
I'm happy to see help that doesn't cost a lot of money, that I don't have, because its not that complicated

The website is misleading I wanted some help in writing an answer letter to a summons. I paid $29 for it.Now I am unable to print my letter.Can someone explain to me what is going on? Want to mail a copy of this letter to the plaintiff and another copy to the Somerville District Court.
