I used Decor planet for my first bathroom remodel and I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to do any type of work to their home. Their Salesforce is knowledgeable polite and professional. Their customer service is the same. I was in a jam today because I did not order enough tile for my bathroom and it made me very stressed out however I called up Decor planet to order more and they turned a stressful situation into a manageable issue. We are in the middle of a fairly large home re-model. In looking for a hand made tile from London, DecorPlanet was able to accommodate. We do not live in NY, so we worked with Gail Motisi from DecorPlanet over the phone. Gail was a ball of positive energy... more sales people should be like her as she is a great representation for the company. Gail made sure our order was complete and we didn't have any oversights. The process was very easy! To send additional kudos her way, we had tile that arrived broken and not only was it replaced within days, as to not slow down our very tight timeline for job completion. Around Christmas I placed an order with them for a set of hard-to-get Danze seats and springs. After a while they emailed me a sorry message that their supplier ran out of stock and these will not be restocked. I was issued a refund. A month later an envelope arrived with my original order. When I contacted them, and specifically Michael Crespo, they told me to accept the Danze seats for free as their courtesy gesture!
Decor planet is awesome! They helped me find tiles and vanities for my bathroom makeover. It was so hard for me but Gail took charged found my style and price range and it came out perfect! They really are the best!

We ordered a hard wired bathroom towel warmer and after it was delivered (much quicker than we expected) we discovered we had ordered the wrong size. That started an online conversation with a service rep, Latoya Kelley, who was most helpful in steering us through the process of ordering the correct model and returning the one we originally bought. She was able to minimize the cost of our error and made the process as easy as possible. Thanks to Latoya the appliance is installed and we are now aware of DecorPlanet as a place to consider when are searching for items we need.

My husband, daughter and myself bombarded the store in search of tile for our 2 bath renovations Gail was there to help! She sourced some options, gave us time to look, weighed in on our options with her expert opinion AND helped to keep our little one occupied! After our initial visit we had a follow up, placed the order and the tile was delivered within the next week! It was such a great experience and the tiles are beautiful!
I ordered a Toto toilet and self closing seat from decor planet because they had the best price and free shipping. The problem was I only got part of the order. Saint Billy from customer service helped me resolve it and he did a great job. Always available, responsive and understanding. My replacement parts were shipped in less than four days. If part of a shipment disappears, I know it is a ton of work to try to figure out what went wrong without losing a customer. Communication is key and he was always on top of it.

I purchased shower enclosure through decorplanet. There was issue with the product not fitting per spec. I called in customer service and they were prompt to acknowledge and responded timely to help resolve the issue. Customer service provided good and quick service.
I wanted to do an exchange on an item because I ordered a size too big, so I called their customer service for some help. I spoke to Saint and he was able to get everything sorted out.
We went through hell and back trying to get refunded, and end the end, with absolutely no resolution. YES. I threw away $500 because they refused to accommodate a return. Long story short, the sales rep. Convinced my wife that she will need a "bath skirt" to go along with the 1,000 special sized tub that we had to buy from them because of the space we were putting it in wasn't a standard size. The guy ASSURED her that she can return if need be. Low and behold, we get the tub and skirt in and it is the cheapest looking thing you have ever seen. My contractor even said it looked like something from Home Depot. After calling them at least 3 different times over a month, they told us they would need to listen to the tape recordings of the call. SURE ENOUGH HE MISLEAD MY WIFE ON THE PURCHASE. So then the fun part. They said there is a restocking fee of 10%. But wait, you also need to pay shipping to get it sent TO CANADA. How much is the shipping... $450. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Your unethically sales will catch up to you. I will put this message on every site I can find and hopefully deter others from getting screwed out of their hard earned money. You are everything that's wrong with an Internet sales company.

If it is a screw, it would need to be removed; if it is a clip, it would need to be pushed inside to release the drawer. The items on your order were shipped to you directly from our manufacturer at no charge to you as we absorbed the cost of outbound shipping. Please note we do not charge a dollar over the shipping amount quoted to us by our carrier for return of the merchandise.
