We purchased all the products for a recent bathroom renovation and were completely satisfied. The product selection is wide and the prices are the affordable. Michael was very helpful in finding the products we needed!
Had a dispute with a 3rd party delivery service. Decor Planet YEMINA JAMES took the bull by the horn and in what was taking days to solve, took her 15 minutes. Order #20-*******. She should be in UPPER management. Decor Planet should be PROUD that have a team like her.

This company is the absolute worst I have experienced!
I am a new homeowner and have done a lot of shopping around lately.
Please do not order from here, use Wayfair or Amazon.
I ordered a vanity and after about a week it still said processing, so I decided to cancel the order. When I messaged to cancel the order a rep told me they would get back to me.
A day later it shipped without me being contacted (which I then have to pay a restocking and shipping fee). I still asked to cancel it
3 weeks later after asking to speak to a manager numerous times and calling and emailing I get an email from a rep saying my restock and return fee is $300!
That is crazy and we all know that would not be the case with Amazon or Wayfair-good companies I would recommend for your homebuying process-not Decorplanet.

A couple of weeks ago, we received shipment of two medicine cabinets that we needed for our contractor to install. We received the shipment in a timely manner but one of the boxes sounded like things were rolling around and when we opened the box a piece of glass rolled out, not good. I called Customer Service and Michael was great! He listened patiently to our concerns and we felt "heard" and not rushed. We needed a replacement and I asked for a completely new unit instead of replacement parts for the damaged parts and Michael made that happen! He gave us clear instructions on what to do and timelines. We were very stressed out since the contractor was expected shortly to do the work but now we can rest easy. Our new replacement is due to arrive any day now thanks to Michael who put the order through the right channels. We thank Michael for his knowledgeable and thoughtful assistance.
I am a developer/general contractor. We got a call from one of our clients who reported a "major disaster": very fancy KWC kitchen faucet's hose burst, causing major water spill. I called KWC and they recommended to call Decor Planet as their major online distributor. Although we were provided 4 weeks lead time by KWC for a replacement house, Venice went out of her way and got us the needed part in just a few days. Venice saved our reputation before a very distraught client.
I was delivered not only the wrong product but a damaged piece. Venice Golding not only assisted me in getting the correct vanity but went above and beyond any customer service I have experienced in recent years. How refreshing and comforting to have Venice as a representative of Decor Planet. She gave me step by step directions and followed up with me daily. DO NOT order from this website! We are re-modeling our bathroom, ordered bathroom vanity from DecorPlanet.com, together with some other items. In several weeks, all items arrived, we are so excited to have our contractor come to install for us, but when he opened the box, we found the vanity is damaged, one leg is totally ruined. Then we called DecorPlanet.com for return, and to our surprise, THEY REFUSED THE RETURN! Saying that customers are required to report damages within 48 hours. First, what kind of policy is that! It's not we changed mind or something else, it's a DAMAGED PRODUCT! And second, with such a policy, are you supposed to ask customers to check and sign at the delivery? And more importantly, what kind of company leave customer with a damaged product when they spend thousands of dollars on it!
We order a toilette paper holder for our new bathroom. Order took sometime to be delivered because it was back order at manufacturer. By the time we received it, we have already installed a different one. I contacted DécorPlanet to return. Because the item was delayed and price of item, they gave us a FULL refund without having us to pay for return, for restocking fee... and told us to keep the item!. Venice G was FANTASTIC!
I ordered a wall mount toilet system from Decorplanet. Our parts came very quickly. We had questions with some of the parts, Venice from customer service was able to answer them. Our install went great. Thanks again for the great customer service.
Years ago I bought many terrific fixtures from Decor Planet and I am very happy with them all. Recently a faucet developed a leak and I was put in contact with Customer Service Representative Venice Golding who researched my now out of production faucet and was able to locate the appropriate cartridge and sent it to me immediately. Problem solved. I am extremely pleased and grateful for the courtesy and efficiency with which this matter was attended.
Exception products, prices and service. Vanities were great along with the marble tops and sinks. These products were greater than our expectations. Will definitely deal with Decor Planet again.
Latoya Kelly, Customer Service Supervisor displayed exemplary service in assisting me with a return. Ms. Kelly went above and beyond, which is unusual in this day of technology. Her persona was professional and her constant and diligent correspondence kept me abreast of the process. It is a rarity these days to find someone like Ms. Kelly displaying the qualities, as one would hope all Customer Service employees would replicate. I commend her, applaud her and hope Decor Planet would do the same!

My experience working with one of their customer service representatives (Venice) was outstanding. She helped me locate a broken part to a light fixture. She kept me in the loop, as she was in contact with the vendor. The end result, was a found piece for my light. Her help went well above what I expected.

It is my first time ever using your website to order a bathroom vanity. Gail was absolutely amazing: competent, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I enjoy shopping with Gail's help so much that I ended up adding more and more things to my order not only for my rental but also for my own home. I also didn't mind spending more money on getting quality accessories because I feel Gail is looking out to help me save as much money as she could by always suggesting a lower price items with similar look. It was sad that I ran out of things to buy at this time and had to let this amazing sale lady go. Stay away from this deceptive site. Other than Fresca products, they don't stock anything and get the items from third parties. They mark the item as "in stock", and then give you the run around and tall tales about delays in delivery. They will drag you for weeks and months, always pushing the delivery dates by several weeks, until you either get the item after several months or you give up, cancel the order and buy it elsewhere. As a contractor who renovated dozens and dozens of units, I find this behavior utterly unacceptable and just impossible to work with. Utterly unreliable. I would urge anyone to SHY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE SITE, even if their prices are a bit more attractive. Pay a bit more elsewhere, and save yourself a lot of aggravation. DO NOT USE!

We would have been happy to assist you with your order cancellation if the request had been submitted before the item had been picked up by the shipping carrier.
