Not only did decor planet have a excactly what i wanted for my bathroom, when a guest happened to visit and break something that we had purchased from them, their on line response team was quick to respond, took care of getting us a new part and even sent me pictures related to fixing the problem myself! THIS DOES NOT SUCK! Great service and great attention by Dan G in the online department! They will be my first stop for all of my future home improvement projects!

My wife researched what she wanted extensively and kept coming back to Decor Planet because of their clear descriptions, what looked like quality and their low prices. To be sure, we took the subway out to their showroom in Brooklyn and were impressed both by the selection and their expertise and advice. Ultimately, we ordered two vanities, two sinks and fixtures, two mirrors and two toilets (Fresca). Everything arrived exactly as ordered and our contractor asked for the contact information because he was so impressed with the quality. Subsequently, one drawer showed a slight bubble on its face. I contacted customer service; he (Dan Goldberg) was completely sympathetic, asked for a picture so he could understand the problem we were trying to solve. As soon as I sent it to him, he arranged for an immediate delivery of a replacement, free of charge. We have it, within days. Based on my experience with DecorPlanet, I can't rate them any higher.

I've had a great experience with Decorplanet. I purchased a sink, vanity, mirror, shelves, and cabinet in 2009. The prices are extremely competitive - I couldn't find anything comparable online or big box stores offering the same level of style for the value. I have received SO many compliments! The order process was simple, everything was packaged well and shipped quickly. I had to call several times to confirm measurements and ask questions - all which were answered quickly. Recently, I experienced an issue with one of the plumbing parts. I contacted them about the issue and they promptly provided advice as well as a solution. I have been very satisfied thus far and look forward to purchasing from them again.

I have read the reviews and im quite suprised that they have had such a horrid experience with this company. I purchaes a fresca shower system with jets from another store that was not Decor Planet.And had an issue with this system recently. I went to their store and explained to them what was wrong with the shower system. They kindly explained to me that if I can show them proof of purchase that is within 3 years. That they will cover replacement parts for such system. I came back the following day with proof and with no further questions they ordered the parts needed.

I would shop from Decor Planet in the future if I decide to do any furthur work in my house and would gladly recommend them to anyone that is looking for nice, modern design with a budget and pretty good customer service to go along with it. I am a happy shopper :)

The vanities here are really nice and really good quality for the price. I suggest you go to the showroom to look at the actual items, they have a really large selection and this way you know exactly what you are buying. We have placed a pretty large order with them and are very satisfied. Upon delivery the driver waited while we inspected things and all was ok and the delivery was on schedule. We did end up exchanging one of the faucets a while after we purchased because we liked another one that we saw in the store better and it was done on the spot and without a problem.
The salesperson that helped us, Vladimir, was super nice and even stayed late to ensure our order was completed correctly. I have contacted him many times afterwards (since one of the air jet tubs we ordered - MAAX Optik - took a few weeks) with questions and changes for the trims and always got a quick response.
We have also ordered a Kohler tub through them and they gave us a great price and made sure that we got all of the 'pieces that were needed to get it installed.
They were recommended to me by a friend and I have since recommended them to others!

I bought a Fresca Antila Elongated Toilet & the Large Bathroom Medicine Cabinet w/Mirrors, Both items are perfect. The service was great as I ordered them both online and was able to pick up both pieces the next day at their warehouse in Brooklyn. They did offer free delivery but did not need it. I checked both pieces before I left and they where fine. Every person that uses the bathroom comments on the style of this toilet and how cool it looks! Its a dual flush and has cut down on the water bill which is great. The toliet seat cover broke so I called Decor sent them over the pics of the issue and was able to pick up a new seat the next day NO CHARGE! Decor Planet was great to deal with! Its very scary to buy almost 800 worth of items with out seeing them but I would do it again from them and always recommend them to anyone looking for bathroom items.

I dont understand the people that complain because you NEED to look of ALL the items before you pick them up... Its common sense...

The products are decent - but their service is horrendous. I ordered a few thousand dollars worth of items for my new bathroom and everything arrived on time and looks good - but then the toilet starts leaking on the first flush - from underneath. I've called them repeatedly and they insist the only way to get service is by sending them an email with photos of the issue; I continue to send them emails with the description of the issue and photos and they simply ignore them. I have received not a single response. Nothing. POOR.

If you are in to modern pieces, Decor Planet is the place to shop. I ordered a full vanity set and could not be happier. (Fresca Mezzo Teak Modern Bathroom Vanity w/Blum Storage System). The product was as advertised and easy to install. I have had so many people compliment me on the set. The shipping was quick which kept my project moving along.

I also ordered two identical toilets. Upon installation, I discovered a manufacturer defect. Decor Planet worked with me and the manufacturer to get the desired replacement in a very timely manner and with great customer service. The new toilets arrived promptly and undamaged. The plumber even stated how nice they looked and easy to install. I would certainly purchase from Decor Planet again. Do not hesitate to order from this site. I will be doing so for our next bathroom, which we will be remodeling very soon.

We bought two vanities - the Fresca Distinto Modern Bathroom Vanity and the Fresca Bellezza Espresso Modern Bathroom Vanity and we couldn't be more pleased. The delivery was on time and the products are beautiful. All of our guests comment on how nice they look and want to know where we bought them. We have a newly built modern home and they really compliment the look and feel of our place. The quality if very good as well. We have been in our home since January 2011 and they are in good working order. We are very pleased.

I live in Canada, but ordered from Decorplanet which is in New York. The service I received from James was friendly, facilitating and helpful from the beginning. But it was after receiving the order, which was not what I thought it was, that James Boylan's true colors showed. My purchase was already made and I am in another country, but he nevertheless was as helpful as one could ever hope in getting everything back. A rare professional ethic which would make me want to work with him again anytime. Besides that, the site is great andthey have lots of cool stock, and deliver fast.

I walked into Decorplanet last November, looking for just a new vanity for my condo. I was only considering remodeling because I was on a tight budget. I guess I didn't calculate my budget properly, because not only did I have enough money to buy a new vanity, but I had some money left over to buy a new toilet and some accessories! The salesman I worked with was above and beyod courteous to help me plan out my budget accordingly and played a little bit of a designer's role in helping me choose the best bang for my buck. I give Decorplanet 6 STARS! 5 stars for their service and products and a bonus star for the salesman who had extreme patience, and helped me greatly with my remodeling project. Excellent, guys. Keep up the good work!

Sometime in early May I purchased a bathroom vanity for my home. Before going with Decor Planet, like everyone else, I looked around for the best price available. To my surprise, the best price was at Decor Planet. I placed an order right away and within a few days, the order was at my doorstep! From the sales person who took my order, to the customer service agent who updated me on my order status, to the delivery guy who delivered my order, all efforts proved beyond satisfaction!

DP has very reasonnable prices, and a fantastic sales and service crew. I'll be sure to recommend my friends.
