Daraz PK

I ordered for 20 PCs chair table & sofa leg floor felt pad Skid Glide DIY Nail protectors on 8 June 2021. I received my order on 11 June & paid the full amount but when open it there were only 8 PCs instead of 20. It all shows the dishonesty & fraud of daraz.com.

I ordered a Bluetooth handfree, when i received my parcel and open it. It was broken and already used so i call on their helpline. They made excuses and excuses and said official person from daraz will contact you in 24 hours. Now it has been more than a month nobody contact me. I recommend to never use this website

The dimensions shown on the page is different from the actual product. I ordered a tissue but what I received is completely useless if I cant place a regular tissue box. I used to hear a lot about this but never had a bad experience with daraz before until I used my credit card to get this product from the nearest pickup point. And the pickup point is not listed in their shop list which is far away from my home to return this useless thing.

I ordered a phone it was like a toy genuinely not up to the mark. They didn't accept return since it was on qualitative basis. Quality can't be reviewed on online website and can only be ascertained by physical inspection. The phone was terrible.

Never did a courier appeared on my house; i guess because it was Ramazan and no one in pakistan wants to work in Ramazan. I received calls from TCS twice that a courier is having trouble finding me but never received a call from courier himself even though previously couriers used to deliver to my house regularly. No easy way to contact daraz or get any help, if you try their online chat you will find your number to be 100th. Daraz has refunded only 363 against a payment of 727, what a rip off!

I have received my first parcel from daraz today. I Am really disappointed because the alaram clock I have received is totally different from advertised photo. Shape is 100% different. Only color is same. Daraz is selling cheap items and receiving high price. I have added the photo of received alarm clock in my review.

God Awful.
I ordered a book and a massager. They cancelled my book order and sent me two massagers from the same company, and charged me extra for delivery! I had to pay the price of the book and get nothing in return too.

I've been a loyal customer. When I talked to the customer care, they said they could do nothing for it!
So rude and incompetent! Never shopping here again. I'm letting everyone know as well to never shop here.

Bought laptops from daraz.com thinking daraz may be like Amazon.com and it was defective windows was not opening but it has an error message soon I open it and I return it same day they are processing my return for so many days after that they put a message on the my account can not return it. What kind of people them are. Draz trying to compare their self with amazon.com draz not even close enough to amazon.com they need close down their business from web.
I will recommend people not to buy anything from draz.com they are cheaters
You buy from them it is you luck if item is good if it is defective or bad they don't give money back. They are big RipOff company.
I am lucky used Chase Bank credit card I complain them they returned my money.

Pathetic pathetic and pathetic. Daraz is not the service providers of modern day and age but just the theives venturing with thugs and looters in a smart way. They don't even know the basic principles of consumer law and have joined with liars and display the best of the pictures whereas deliver worst of items. Please don't be fooled with their pics displayed on websites. China produce all standards in quality. Daraz and it's suppliers display best of pics and charge high prices whereas deliver the lowest quality items. Don't get trapped in their deceiving and looting venture. Stay away

Recently had a disappointing experience with a purchase from Daraz, and I feel it's crucial to share my encounter to protect other customers from potential pitfalls.

I ordered the "[Hot Sale+Read Stock +FREE Shipping+COD] S9 Ultra Smart Watch with SIM Card Slot GS37 ultr 4g Dual" on December 27,2023. The product title manipulation is evident as the seller intentionally altered the title after my purchase. This casts doubts on the transparency and honesty of the seller's practices.

Furthermore, I discovered discrepancies in ratings and reviews for the product on other platforms. It seems the product might be a result of spam or misrepresentation, damaging the trust one would place in Daraz as a reputable online marketplace.

Despite bringing these issues to Daraz's attention, I received a lack of positive response, especially concerning a refund. This raises concerns about price inflation and the platform's commitment to addressing customer grievances.

I urge potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly investigate products and sellers before making purchases on Daraz. The experience has left me disappointed and wary of further transactions on this platform.

Previously I had great experience with daraz but now i have to boycott Daraz due to shameless and poor customer services i had placed electric blower item but due to item issues i was returned back the item very next day of daraz office then daraz representative contact me and asked about the product and i told him too much issues of product but he forced me that you have to buy it we cannot returned product i told him that i,m not telling a lie you can my daraz history i never returned any product without a solid reason but he never understand forced we never returned product you have to buy it know i have it forcedly useless product just because of daraz. No Shopping with daraz its totally waste of money

I received my order which was missing a couple of items, which is not daraz's fault. However, upon complaining I now have to deal Daraz customer service, I have been assigned four different complaint numbers for the same complaint and still no resolution in sight, also Daraz only refunds your money to Daraz wallet and you only have a 24 hour window to with draw it I mean what's that all about, another cheap ploy by Daraz to make money out of you, if only Pakistan had better consumer protection laws.

I am from USA, used to buy from Amazon good quality item excellent service, I have first and very bad experience of shopping with DARAZ.
They send me used watch with scratches on it, very low quality. Never ever buy again from daraz.

Daraz doesnot care about it seller, only care about how much they can earn, daraz locked my 22 products now i have stick worth 20k and nowhere to sell them, im a student and i started selling on daraz and spended my whole savings on buying stock

Daraz is an organized fraud. Charging courier fee for every individual seller & on top charging fee for CoD.
They don't want customers to pay online. They are forcing every buyer to pay Cash and then on top of it they charge an additional 30rupee fee for CoD. Fraud on Fraud. Abhor there services.

Daraz, by virtue of its business model, is nothing more than a 3rd party marketplace trader. This, by definition, doesn't allow it to audit or quality control what's being sold in the marketplace. I've purchased many items using this portal and items have not been as described on the listing. Other items have arrived either missing or damaged; Daraz customer support have not been able to resolve the issue.

As a company itself, the whole PR and marketing team needs a restructure. This is a company that sends out mass-market-spam emails, which cannot be unsubscribed from the email using a link, which is industry standard. Instead, the user is asked to visit the website, log in and unsubscribe. This function does not work!

So, in essence, you have to delete mass emails from them, which are subject headed with cheap taglines and emojis. I mean, really, is this the business model and customer engagement approach?

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM DARAZ!
I bought a Smart watch from daraz, which at that time, was the best place to buy the stuff from. When it arrived, 3-4 days after ordering, I had us d it for the day and was just about to get it to charge, as soon as I attached it,... boom! It started vibrating and wouldn't stop!
And later, after sending it back, we ordered a humidifier which was supposed to come from China. After it arrived, we tested it out and it, same as the watch, didn't work
