I don't want negativity but just the truth
1st If you start a store on daraz and your brand is a well-known brand so daraz team management will order your products from your store to keep you running for some time and half of that orders will comings back to you as delivery failed and damages if you claimed to them they will hold your payments and put different sections on your brand
2nd thing if daraz sees your products customers demand a lot so your business will be stope on the same date they will start selling their own product and you will be kicked out from daraz
3rd if you faced any issue like missing items are extra commission charged from your store items and you trying to clime your case from them they will kick you out after a week of the claim
4th daraz CEO says to the news that daraz has been on a loss in Pakistan for the past 8 years
No that's 100% wrong because as I'm a daraz seller for the past 5 years if you sell an item worth ******* they will deduct ******* rupees as commission in one order from one seller in my every week's sale they get more than 3laks commission from just one seller like me so think that Pakistan has more 1lk sellers how much they really earn in Pakistan markets
Ceo claim because 1st thing all these commissions are black and they not paying tax for it to the Pakistan government 2nd they don't want any more prominent companies like Amazon to come to Pakistan so they acting like they are at a loss in Pakistan
5th seller support team
If you faced any issues as a seller and you reached them for help first 2 hours they will be trying to escape the chat then they will be telling you
Call us on the contact number if you contact them on the phone they will be telling you to reach us by email so they will give you emails
Then when you email them they will reply after 8 days and again they will send a chat link and suggest you chat with our support team so it all goes in round
And your issue will never be solved
6th security of the seller
I met with a lot of daraz managers from different cities
If they have your mobile number they can edit your products delete your products cancel your order hold your payments deactivate your store this will be seller security on daraz more than half of the daraz managers will have access to your account
7th you can never set your own price on products if you did that daraz will deactivate your store and they not answering your call are messages so daraz will give the price then you will set that price on your products
8th the biggest mafia company in Pakistan is daraz not for costumer only for businesses they will eat your business capital

Daraz is an online Fraud. Be-aware they don't refund, they don't follow their policies, customer care is useless. Once you stuck you will be surprised with the professional attitude they have. Please complaint against them if you are stuck
