Costco enjoys a strong reputation for its high-quality products and value, particularly in bulk purchasing and its popular private label, Kirkland Signature. Customers appreciate the variety and affordability offered, especially in categories like groceries and electronics. However, significant concerns have emerged regarding customer service, particularly related to installation issues, delivery delays, and negative interactions with staff. Many customers express frustration with the handling of returns and the online shopping experience, leading to a perception that service quality may not align with the brand's overall value proposition. Balancing product excellence with improved customer support could enhance overall satisfaction.

It's sure good to know that some big companies still offer great customer service - satisfaction. Seems no matter what I purchased if for some reason, and it could be I just simply changed my mind about the purchase, they have offered me the exchange or refund - no hassles! Thank you Costco!
Great place to buy in Bulk, I come here once a month and I am good for six months worth of household goods.
I buy all my staples once a month, bread, chicken, dog food and much more.
Great for your bulk buying needs. I don't know if you need 120 rolls of toilet paper, but if you do this is an easy place to get it.
I recently purchased my daughters Wedding photographs through Costco! Amazed at how easy the upload process is and the prices are the BEST! Poster board, canvas, and every size you want! I LOVE costco!
Through the site for which I think is one of the best experiences ordinary user can have.
I spend more than one Hour waiting to renew my membership, with all my things in my cart to finally go home with no food.
Usually has the best prices, but if you wait for sales, sometimes the items ship for free!
Only problem is parking. Too many people shopping.
They offer great things! Great prices! Can eat and drink in the store!
Costco is the best for produce and meats in the west coast. They rank #4 of ten in a recent survey that put Safeway and Lucky at the bottom two. Publix at #1. But you have to serve yourself and finding items is a challenge as they keep shuffling the shelf offerings so one never knows where things are in the store.
They have good deals, that's a fact. Alcohol, food, home, recreational, has prices, all that jazz- I do the research of the product. Costco does well with their discounts and variety. I only wish there were more types of meat to choose from and a little more knowledge of where the meat and vegetables are from. That's why I gave it 4 stars.
I hate the warehouse atmosphere but other than that this place has great prices and good samples. I find they have good quality meat
Costco is great, but each store is not the same. So you need to find the Costco that works for you. If you have that availability. The quality in meats is definitely there and pricing is good on meat also. Frozen fish items are a bit boring, I would like to see frozen tuna steaks and some other items you cant find elsewhere.
Clothing is value priced, but basic. Great pricing on contact lenses.
Not only the service is good. They are the one who help me choose a baby stuff :)
Wish they would keep the items they advertise in stock. They promote an item, you like it and buy it, just to find out the next time, just a couple of weeks later you shop there it is no longer available.
This is great for bulk quantities of groceries, at relatively cheap prices.
As a loyal Naperville, IL. Costco member, I get SOOOO dang frustrated with the way the store manages it's product inventory. Items are here today... gone tomorrow. And why does this occur? Well, according to store management, decisions NOT to reorder particular items is always a function of low consumer demand. Bull S**T! Examples are:
1. Campbell's Soup makes a tomato basil soup in a bulk pack. I could tell by the lower inventory during my weekly shopping trip that this was a popular item. Disappeared off the shelf. Reason? Low Demand! BS!
2. Costco stocked large containers (3+ pounds) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese. This sold out fast and never returned. Instead, Costco stocks a jumbo box containing 6 or 8 individual 8 oz. Packages. The large contains are much more consumer friendly... where did they go? On the shelf and offered once... then disappear?
3. Tobacco Hot Sauce. My local Costco does not stock this popular brand but 1 day a full pallet showed up. I stocked up and within 2 weeks the pallet was empty... On the shelf and offered once... then disappear?
4.3-pack Boursin Cheese. This popular product was available all year and the store occasionally ran out of stock but it was quickly replenished... then one day "poof" it disappeared. What's interesting here is that the product was back in stock of the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays... but now... it's "poof" again. Discontinued due to low consumer demand? Highly unlikely!
Listen to your customers, Costco!
