Complete lack of problem solving. You would rather lose a customer than resolve a SIMPLE ISSUE. I accidentally purchased my at home product when I signed in to my account. It came up as a returned favorite. I realized my error immediately. I called and was told there was nothing they could do. The package was already placed to order and the could do nothing to stop it! Nothing. There was no fix at all. I ended up cancelling my whole subscription because this company would rather spend excess time, resources and money to not atop anything and not offer any alternative solution. When I said cancel, I got a read from the screen offer, so apologies, no we want to keep you. An immediate you'll get your email shortly! You cannot, ever, work in customer service and not have any solutions. And simply not care whether you keep a customer or not! Amazing!
If you have the money and you're really on top of getting things out the door to get new clothes, then this is for you.
BUT their account management is ATROCIOUS. As others have mentioned, they make you call DURING business hours to cancel your subscription. And if you call a day after it's been renewed for the month then you're paying for a month of nothing. They won't just let the subscription naturally expire.
There have been a few issues here and there but overall I love it. I can wear designer clothes for a minimal cost and my wardrobe is vast. There have been issues with the clothes coming in horribly wrinkled at times and every now and then the item just isn't what I expected but all in all the idea of having designer clothes all the time is great. I have purchased several items both from my closet and on clearance. The people at work can't wait to see what I will wear next

BUT... It takes entirely too long to have an item sent after the notification of return has been sent or when I do an at home purchase. It is 2019 - I know they can track that package as soon as the post office picks it up. I purchased my 'at home' item on Tuesday and now it's Friday and I STILL have not received a notification on my next box. Turn around time needs to improve.

It is always fun to get a box from Gwennie Bee. I like having a variety of clothes that I don't have to own. About 90% of the items fit, the rest has to be sent back. But it is an easy to use service and I like having the option to buy anything I like.

Yesterday was my four year anniversary with Gwynnie Bee! I love this service and what it means to me. As most women, I struggle with self-esteem and self-confidence. This service has impacted the amount of laundry I do, the amount of money I spend, and time spent picking out what I want to wear. If I go to the leading plus size women's clothing store, I'm going to spend anywhere from $45-$70 on a dress. That's already over 50% of my clothing budget for the month and I haven't even bought shoes yet! With Gwynnie Bee, I can wear a new dress everyday and receive so many compliments. The time factor is huge as well. I don't want to spend my entire Saturday driving around looking for clothes and styles when I can stay home in my PJs every other day looking at new styles. Gwynnie Bee has been a true staple in my home for four years. The customer service department has always been polite and professional. I will continue to rent from Gwynnie Bee and encourage others to do so for many years to come.
I've been with Gwynnie Bee for over five years and I would not be able to live without them. I was sold on the concept the minute I read the tag line..."Never wear the same thing twice"... that was how I lived my life. I bought clothes every week but then I was faced with warehousing the stash of perfectly good clothes that would never be worn again unless I was not going to see anyone I had seen before. It got expensive and my husband was upset because our spare bedroom and every closet in the house ( a four bedroom) was stuffed with my clothes and shoes. He has told me many times that it was the smartest shopping decision I had ever made.

I have had to deal with customer service on several occasions where I misunderstood the way processing works. They took the time to show me how to get the best out of my membership! They went above and beyond what was expected when at the brink of cancellation to keep me. I only wish the would offer upgrades on the amount of articles every few months as a loyalty thank you.
I love the clothes and my revolving closet but wish there was a better way to manage than just adding 20+items as priority. I don't get my priority items any faster than the others. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to what is sent and often get things that are not the right season.
GB has simplified my life tremendously. I have been a member since 2015, and I tell EVERYONE about it. The selection is impressive and the shipping time is super fast. What more could you ask for?
I have used Gwynnie Bee for about a year. It's an easy way to wear a variety of clothes, usually things I couldn't afford to buy. I think if you wear a lot of dresses this is for you! Unfortunately I don't wear dresses except rarely and I don't wear sleeveless. This is easily 60-75% of their clothes. Also when I do finally find something I like my size is out of stock quite often. So I end up making do with things I don't actually like or feel comfortable in. It also takes a long time to get a new shipment. So if you don't like anything you get you're waiting another week for something after sending it right back. If I can find another similarity priced service with more office wear that isn't mostly dresses/sleeveless I will definitely switch.
It is fun to get a new box each week with clothes that make me feel good about myself. Everyday I get several compliments about the clothes I wear. I am known around my office as the stylish gal - even though I'm 50 years old. I have also added several pieces to my own wardrobe that I would have never purchased on my own. I'd like to see more prints and styles that are on trend. A lot of GB clothes are matronly or have dated prints. Summer is usually a bust for me because I can only wear so many dresses. Fall and winter seem to have a more modern, diverse selection.

Those on the 2-item plan usually receive 6-8 garments per month depending on how fast they return them.
