This the second time we have had windows installed by Clera windows and doors and we have been completely satisfied not only with the product and installation, but also with Hans our sales person who is both knowledgeable and very easy to do business with.
Clera, servicing the Kingston area were great from quote to install. I'm very happy with the product as well. Seems like a lot of bad reviews here which I'm quite surprised with.
Clera did a great job installing our 2 new doors - they were efficient, friendly and detailed. They also took the time to ensure that I understood how the new locks worked. Great service!
The whole time dealing with Clera has been an ordeal... Delays getting the windows, messy install and now have warranty issues that they wont address.
Barry and the team did a remarkable job. I highly recommend them. He worked on all the windows and doors of my house and I am very happy with the outcome. I will continue working with him again in my future projects.
Being a Landlord for over 15 years I've purchased many windows on my income properties. Clera Windows or FM Windows as they were known when I first dealt with them are the best Windows I've ever purchased. Easy to clean and handle in opening & closing...

Installed a door, 4yrs ago. Paint is chipping. Under warranty. Won't come to replace door. Poor customer service in Ottawa Ontario region. Don't recommend.

John was very helpful and help me to decide what needed to be done. The window was order and arrive on time. The guys who installed the window were great and had the new window in and the clean up done in about two hours.
Windows were delayed even though being expensive. Installation was messy and now I'm having warranty issues. Wish I had better things to say but big frustrations

I highly recommend Clera Windows and Doors. I give them a 5/5 rating. Their windows, doors and craftmanship are of high quality and its totally worth the money. I have referred them to clients, friends and family and they never cease to provide a really high quality of service.
I have been dealing with Tom Hartley for a little while now and cannot stress out fantastic he is to deal with. In our industry which is restoration it is very important to have good communication with the people we rely on to do work for us and dealing with Clera and Tom in particular has been a very positive experience. He is very attentive, addresses all questions and concerns, does things when he says he will, always keep you in the loop and returns all calls and or emails. Highly recommend them based on the fantastic experience we have had with this company.
Lots of problems all the way through the process, cant recommend to friends or family, that's for sure. Expensive. Wish I did more homework.

Took a chance on Clera windows and was originally happy, even though they were expensive... Then started having lots of problems with quality of the windows... Live and learn, that's for sure!

There were other options and better offers and I thought I should take my chances on Clera. It turns out that I made the right choice. Their people are very professional and friendly. I can trust them with their decisions on my door and windows. I told them how I wanted a different locking mechanism but they suggested something that's even better. They clearly know what they are doing and it just goes to show how experienced they are. Kudos to James! We will definitely get with Clera again
I never write poor reviews but in this case I have to say dealing with Clera windows has been disappointing from start to finish. Wish I read the reviews here first. Lesson learned.

Our front door was looking a little worse for wear after 30 years and the brutal winter, so we decided it was time for a fresh look. A quick search online led us to Clera, and we were so impressed with their sales staff and huge selection! They answer all of our silly questions and ensured we were completely happy with the door before it was installed. Installation was scheduled to a time that suited us and the team arrived on time. They were extremely professional and courteous, and left the place spotless. We love the new look of our front door and can't wait to spend many more years with it! Definitely recommend!
