We recently had our windows replaced by Clera. From the first meeting with Adam to signing the contract to the installation by Ramesh and his team it was a phenomenal experience. Adam is very knowledgeable and answered all of our initial questions and explained everything to us without being pushy or overbearing. Follow up calls were responded to promptly and our window installation was scheduled right around the time promised. Ramesh and his team did a great job. They were friendly and polite. They cleaned up everything at the end of their workdays. We would recommend Clera Windows.

Great estimate, we even decided to have our french doors done, crew friendly and cleaned up like they weren't even there! Great value for the price, even noticed that the rooms are cooler when the sun is shinning directly on them.

I have made the right decision in choosing Clera. They have lived up to their promise and reputation. I'm very happy with my doors. The Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and professional. He did exactly what we wanted. The installers were very friendly, courteous and skilled. I will definitely call them again for new windows to be installed.

Right from the onset. The quoting was excellent. Allen was a pleasure to deal with. The window arrived in the allotted time I was told it was to arrive in.
The guys that did the install were courteous and stayed late to complete the job that day. No mess was left.

Pleased with our new windows, however we had a lot of issues after the order was placed mostly due to lack of communication from sales team. Salesmen was very friendly and accommodating at time of purchase and installation was delayed almost 3 months and we received no updates during that time. Now that we have the windows, we are very satisfied but we wish we would have been updated more during the process. I only hope that if we have any problems with the windows in the future, we receive better service with the warranty than we did with the purchase.
We had all of our Windows replaced with Clear Windows, and we were really impressed with the Quality of service and the experience and manners of the Gentlemen that did all of the work.The care and clean up during the time they were here was great. I would recommend Clear Windows to other people.
My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service Clera provided us with. Beginning with the salesperson and then with the installers our experience has been amazing. No one can convince us that we could've made a better choice. These people are professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The windows they put in for us are a great improvement over what we had and look beautiful from the inside and outside!

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the installers efficient and professional. There was some delay of a few days due to the weather, but that was not their fault. Our final price came within budget, and the windows look great and work perfectly.
The installer did a very good job. He left the site clean and he even wash the glass.
