My experience has been horrible from a billing perspective. The quote they provided was $1398 including taxes and installation. When I received the bill it was $600 over that. I called and no one responded and then they simply decided to take it off my credit card without a return phone call. I will never advocate getting windows or doors from Clera, despite doing a good job in the installation. Still waiting for a call Clera!
Efficient and professional installation. Windows look and work great. Clara look to be well made. And with a lifetime warranty should give us long term service with minimal worry.
We dealt with salesman Hans from Clera (Kingston) who was very thorough and helpful. To me he seems to be very honest with his trade and take the timeout to explain the replacement process and the expectations. All my questions and concerns were assured! My windows and Patio door came on-time and were professionally installed by the installation team who were extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend Clera (Kingston) to my friends and family and will use them again in the future. I got some many compliments on the new installations that I am already thinking about replacing another set of windows.
Windows did not arrive as scheduled, installation delayed due to installer being on vacation. Once installed one window was cracked, and replaced 3 days later, and windows were dirty.
Salesman Eugene was very friendly and accommodating at time of purchase but when problems arose, he has not returned our calls. I only hope that in the future when there is a serious problem with any of the windows that the company lives up to its warranty. I would not recommend this company. The transaction should not stop once the money has been paid.

We have many installation crews and unless you requested the same installer to install your windows, you can always ask for another installer. We chose Clera windows because of the professional presentation from Todd. He was knowledgeable and was prepared to answer all of our questions without hesitation. We had 12 windows installed and a door between house and garage. The installers were also very professional and knowledgeable. We have recommended Clera windows to many. Thank you.
Arrived exactly at time scheduled. Completed the install in less time then quoted. Cleaned all areas. Great job!
From the first time we contacted Clera they were courteous and explained their product and services very well. We were pleased with the speed of the installation and that there was no mess on the inside of the house. They cleaned up the site after their work was completed and the windows look and work great!

Excellent staff & installers from Sales Rep Mike and the installers. Explained the product, pricing, very professional. Very imformative, pricing was great, installers very friendly explained how windows work, neat & clean. They covered all my floors, carpets, hallways, stairs & furniture.

What a great experience! We had 4 windows installed in one day. The windows and the install work look very good. Our sales and install were based out of Barrie. We will be keeping them in mind for any future window replacements.
Had 15 basement windows replaced by Gary G, Rob and Scotty in Windsor. Are experience was top notch from start to finish. Gary does a awesome job promoting the products and the installer Rob comes and scopes the job before the installation.
I had a bedroom and a basement window installed in my home this year.The Clera representative came and advised me as to the best windows to order. In exactly the time frame I was quoted the windows arrived and were installed. The installation was done in a very professional way and the area was completely cleaned upon completion. I intend to order 2 more Clera windows next year.

Barry Jacklin and his team were professional every step of the process. From booking the first appointment for the consultation to the final wipe down of the windows and trim when he left when the job was completed. At the end of each day, there was no clutter or evidence that work was being done at our home. Barry's pride of workmanship is a true testament to our small town way of life. We will certainly recommend his company.

We're very happy about our windows and doors. We got a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors and have no complaints so far. They're excellent from start to finish. Their Sales person, Hans is just awesome. He's very easy to reach even after the installation.
Windows didn't come in when promised. When I finally got the windows one was measured wrong (too small) but I didn't want to wait so I had the installer put it in anyway.

Sorry to hear that you were confused over your billing. When we first met, as per the estimate dated on May 14th, 2016. We were just pricing a white window for a newer white window, When we got back together to firm up the details on June 7th, 2016 the original estimate was changed to a cream window out white in, plus you added re-sizing to the window opening with a vertical siding finish on the outside with drywall, mud and tape on the inside. There was extra's added to the original quote which you agreed to and signed for. Other than the cost for the extra's that you added to the original estimate, We are happy to hear that you are very satisfied with the installation.
