I ordered the Jitterbug J Cell Phone (Red) from Celltoget for my Mom. She absolutely does not know how to use anything... cell phone, cd player, computer. This phone is perfect for her. All she has to do is open it, arrow up or down to the person she wants to call, and push call. She loves it. The phone came in perfect condition at a much, much lower price than if purchased from a retail store in person. It is easily set up with easy to read instructions and easily accessible "real people help" if you need to call.
Anyone technologically challenged who wants a cell phone just for calling, or wants one for a loved one in the same situation should seriously consider Jitterbug. Consumer Cellular has a great deal, but their service is spotty, and there were numerous dead spots when using their phone. Jitterbug has no problems. I was a skeptic, but this phone has proven me wrong.

Best customer service so far! Melvin and George are very very helpful and knowledgeable also, they go out of their way to help you in every way they can. Ive been to other stores but somehow they just end up being rude instead of giving information, but this store has best employees so far. Highly recommend them, give them a chance to help you and they will give you the best in store.

I ordered a phone a 2 weeks ago and needed to have it unlocked. I bought the phone from their website and they not only provide the service, they explained why unlocking a phone is important. I spoke with Melvin and he was very polite. I asked for a tracking number and asked when my order would arrive. I was sent an email shortly after and was notified that my order would arrive after 10 business days. I was happy with their customer service and have already recommended them to some friends.

Was dealing with the store manager assistant george. Excellent knowledge, quick help & follow up next day (after contacting them 3 days after I received my phone and that my service provider wouldn't help me get it up and running), if all is working and is correctly done.

I was at first worried when i placed my order with them, but after actually seeing it being shipped and arriving on time i was blown away. I would totally buy another phone from them.

I called Jerry this Sunday, 11-09-14, and inquired about a tracking number for my shipment. Within a few minutes I was given the info needed to track my cell phones. Five stars just aren't enough for the help he provided. I will certainly shop cell2get for my future electronic needs... Thanks again Jerry, Hank

I ordered a phone on Monday, and had questions about the shipping charges, so I called them the next day and spoke to a customer service representative. They explained the different shipping options that were available, and then I gave them my order number so that they could track my order. I received the product on Friday just like they said I would. My whole experience was very good. I will order from them again.

I had the delight of dealing with Melvin yesterday. He was very pleasant in both the goods and the offerings. He helped me pick out out the first-rate smartphone for my desires. Usually, it turned into a first-rate enjoy. I might really come back to the store and look ahead to dealing with them online again in the future.

Best company that I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. I had placed an order for a phone and fortunately they initially sent me the wrong phone but after contacting their customers service and filing a return request on the website for a exchange, the process was quick and painless and within the same week I received the phone I wanted :)

Great service, very good customer service. I had to wait more than I would've liked, but there were plenty of phones ahead of me to be fixed, but looking at the quality and service, I can see why so many people come here. The glass has much better quality than the previous place I went, where their glass kept lifting off my phone. They even detail cleaned my phone and provided me with a screen protecter! Great deal, great people! I love my phone better than ever. :)

After dropping my phone and not being able to afford a new one, my friend recommended Cell2Get. I found a great phone for less than half the price of my Samsung phone I broke. The shipping was super fast and I am very happy with their product!
