Awful, sold a game that didn't work, wouldn't refund, referred me to the manufacturer who referred me back to the company that sold it :( Took 3 days each time for CJS to respond to a new email and all their responses were 1 sentence, completely ridiculous company. Pay a little more and get someone you can trust. CJS is appalling.

Website was difficult to use once paid for, getting autokeys to work, getting the key collected were just a hassle one after the other. Avoid avoid avoid.

They don't ever answer the phone if you decide to say hey pay pal i got a problem they are just as bad, they are not only in the gray area of gaming they are down right useless thieves that went from the telephone scamming old ladies to the internet giving their own ratings for those that wont fight them;-) sorry cdscammers aka cdkeys not this time I have 1.5 million followers and friends even in your country that are more than willing to tear that 1 telephone pole you have in the center of town down, not that I will tell them to but they act on their own;-) you know us army Men! We stick together! We don't stop, we don't forgive, and we don't forget! I agree to no terms on any site if this is posted, if you post it it is your problem not mine!

Bought 1 months worth of game pass for Xbox, code was valid but wouldn't confirm the code sent evidence to cd keys, all I got back thanks I'm glad the situation was resolved, no refund no nothing really bad shady business it's a gamble.

So these guys scammed me, sent me a used code and support decided to not reply to me. I had to go through paypal to get my money back.
Stay clear. Their trustpilot reviews are spammed by new accounts.

I payed using Crypto but the time limit expired but the payment was sent anyway, I didn't get item i bought and no refund, I contact costumer support the reply asking for more info and then dissappear phone number always busy. Stay away from those scammers.

Attention warning!
CdKeys.com is a rogue keyshop. A product that was pre-ordered a long time ago will not be delivered, although it is still offered in the shop. CDkeys does not give a comprehensible reason for this. The purchase price paid will not be repaid, but embezzled! Attention!
The repayment of the purchase price is refused! The order has been available in my CDkeys account since the release of the game as soon as available. The game is currently sold by cdkeys. A delivery does not take place. CDkeys refuses to refund the purchase price. I'm supposed to take a voucher, but for what, d6en CDkeys doesn't deliver ordered goods!
In addition, CDkeys subsequently manipulated the order details in my account and removed the button to retrieve the key. I have already saved screenshots.
Beware of scams

I haves used CD keys for years now with no issues but unfortunately they have let me down this time.

I purchased an early access beta code for MW3 and redeemed it, unfortunately I did not get to play the early access beta I purchased as my battlenet was never updated.
After many emails back and forth (clearly showing they was not reading my emails correctly) they then explained that this did not work as I had to purchase this product before the early access was released, but they had this code for purchase on their website after the release date.

I have been scammed/sold a product that CDKeys knew would not work.

Due to this I will not be purchasing anything more from CD Keys and use other code companies.

Disgusting customer service & false advertisment!

I have purchased many codes from cdkeys.com for pc and consoles and only had issue once where I never recieved my 2 codes. After reaching out to get my codes or refund all I had to do was send proof I purchased them (which was invoice number i think) i received both codes in 24 hours.

Good service code comes straight away good prices the best prices I have ever seen always use this company

Don't trust these scammers.
Purchased a CD key for an Ultimate Edition Diablo 4 that came with the pre-release play. CD Keys would give me the key after I purchased the key because they said it was before the release date.
I asked for my money back and purchased the CD key from Microsoft.
I am still waiting for my money back from CD Keys.
Luckily I was able to get my money back through my credit card company.

Don't go for them because they can't handle large amount if issue it seems like they have scammed over many people on the order for Hogwarts legacy deleux
Edition on trust piolt every single customers of their is saying the same thing. That they have scammed them and not even bothered to reply to the support requests apart fro. Generic messages.

So if you trying to buy anything from them in pre order. Don't go for it because you won't be able to your early access code from them.
And their customer support regarding that is completely useless and joke of customer service

This website is just a big scam. I recently bought a key and they sent me an already redeemed code. After constant emailing back and forth with the company they still never sent me a new code and eventually just stopped responding. Also the phone number they have listed just comes up with user busy. I have been calling the past 3 days and still no call back or anything. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Ordered a game off cdkeys and it went through. I got an email confirming the payment and then another email saying they cant give me a reason on why I couldn't get the game. The payment luckily came back but If you buy something off this, there is a good chance you will be scammed. They don't tell you why you can't get the game in their very small detail email. Going to stick with steam and origin and I don't trust any website with payment.

I received a code that had already been used and immediately contacted customer services to receive a new one or a refund. Almost 48 hours later and i still havent recieved an answer as to whether I will be receiving a replacement item or refund. My issue has apparently been taken to the "escalations team" but I requested an update on my issue and haven't been given one. If my issue is resolved with a new item or refund i would be happy to leave a new review of 5 stars for the site and customer service but right now I am not prepared to do so. I am hoping this is a one time mistake as i have used this site for many years and havent had this issue before.

I preordered a key for the game 'Stray' more than 1 month before release.
On release day I received a message, the key can't be delivered and got a PayPal refund in GBP.
Now I paid CHF 23.08, but because of the exchange rate I only got a refund of CHF 20.75. Not only did I lose CHF 2.33, I didn't get a the key and also missed the 10% preorder sale on Steam. If I knew the key won't get delivered, I would've purchased it there.
Most Shops offer various refund options, also in form of a balance to avoid such scenarios.
I contacted CDKeys support to get the loss refunded, but they refused to do so.
I don't care if they fully refunded me in their currency, facts are I lost money and didn't got any product.
Never will I buy anything from their page again and I recommend others won't either.

I purchased TDU Solar Crown on the 13/09 and paid via Paypal however, I received no confirmation email frrom CDKeys and only received a PayPal confirmation email. I received no key from CDKeys and once raised with CDKeys they told me they could not refund me and they claimed to be looking into my issue, since then I only received 2 generic holding emails and the only way to get them to respond is to message them on Facebook Multiple times a day to actually receive an update, their customer service is non-existent and they are very unhelpful.

Great prices and very easy to use, i had just bought multiple codes from these people and they all worked perfectly fine and the codes came almost instantly and with a backup code sent to my email just incase of any issues, DONT worry about the bad reviews on this website, it should just work perfectly fine and if not then im pretty sure they fixed the bugs with customer support so they should be able to help sort any problems with your order.
