As the title says this bottle was a gift to my husband.

Have no complaints. Was kept informed about my order, when it shipped, was able to track order and received my order without a problem. The only thing that I was concerned about was that you have to sign for the shipment, so you have to be home. FedEx attempted to deliver the package on a day when I was working but did not leave a slip for me to fill out when to redeliver, they only attempt to deliver 3 times before shipment is sent back. Luckily, I was off the next day and was home when it was redelivered. This is more a FedEx issue, but just be aware when you have to sign for your shipment to make arrangements if you are not able to sign yourself.

First time buyer. I got nervous when I didn't see updates after the order got a tracking number. They assured me it was going to arrive on time. It did. I will be a returning customer!

First, I found a double bottle price the same as one bottle. I ordered it, and 2 weeks later was told they can't fulfill it, it was a website error. Ok, but 2 weeks?
Second, I ordered the single bottle and was offered a "Bonus Gift" I chose the bonus gift and my shipping went up, ok fine. The Bottle arrived, but not the Bonus Gift, after paying shipping for it! Customer service said they cant fulfill the "Bonus Gift" now, so they charged me shipping, on what? They did offer $5 off my next order. Well, what is the old saying "Fool me once..."

Order was a mystery. I never received any tracking info or communication from the sender. Emails to Cask Cartel were generic and supplied no information. I was left to guess if I was ever going to receive my order. I was also told that it required an adult signature upon delivery. I found it one day just left at the foot of my door.

We actually ordered from the Hangar One website the same night as we ordered from Cask Cartel. We received the other order in 3 days, you guys took a really long time. I've ordered from you before and it never took as long as this last time.

I always get an email about receiving miniature free gifts and have yet to receive anything. I type in the code and still nothing. This is not good business!

Once prompted, you just accept them and they will add automatically! Codes work too, however they will have an expiration period. It is possible that the code being used is not active at this time. I found your prices in general to be very high - in some cases absurdly higher than other retailers of the same products. And while I can't tell you the exact turnaround, you were very slow in fulfilling my order. And this after you were unable to fulfill my original order and issued me with a credit instead, albeit with an extra $20 "inconvenience" credit. Overall, my experience was a very poor one.

Order arrived promptly and in good condition. Not sure I would order again; shipping cost nearly doubled the price of the order. To be fair, I did know that ahead of time and went ahead with the order anyway.
