I created an account that wasn't recognized by the system even though I was receiving promotional emails and was able to place an order.
Also, I did not know there was a problem with my credit card until I asked 5 days later if there was a problem.
Even then, I couldn't gain access to my account.

In a world where anything can be shipped within two days, this shipment was heavily delayed. I'm sure 5 years ago, it would have been complexity acceptable, however now the resources are there to pack, ship and deliver within 2-5 days

It was good. I wish I had more detail about the shipping or delay in shipping process, due to the fact it was coming from over seas. I had to inquire about the process and where the order was. Minus that it was a good experience.

I requested a refund and cancellation of my product within the allowable time, but customer service screwed me over by delaying the time.

Our fulfillment team is allowed up to 30 days to fulfill orders for United States-based products. We do apologize if the delivery time frame of your purchase was not what was anticipated and do hope that the delivery itself was satisfactory.
Nothing on their site indicated that an item I ordered was being provided by another vendor. They happily advertised an advent calendar - a very timing sensitive gift- and took my money in November. When the item seemed to be taking a long time to even process, I asked and they (quickly and politely) informed me that the order was coming from overseas and was out of their control. Sorry, that's frankly fraud. They never indicated anything like that when they took my money, and it's reprehensible to take money for an item that can't be delivered in a timely fashion. I now know that there was never an intention to deliver the ADVENT CALENDAR during ADVENT. As it looks now, it seems unlikely to deliver before the new year. From what I can tell, Cask Cartel might not actually sell anything, but rather act as a sort of broker. That would be OK, if they would take responsibility for orders they accept. I'll never order anything from them again.

Bourbon was packaged nicely, only issue was that I expected more bourbon. Quality was excellent but I'm not sure if $150 was worth the tiny amount of bourbon I got. I could spend $150 or $200 and get 3-4 bottles of bourbon.

The jar size was deceiving if u went by the pics. I didn't expect pint size at that price but I did expect a little bigger jar.

The Bourbon Advent Calendar is a truly awesome gift. Great for boubon and whiskey drinkers. The only negative is the bottles were dirty when we took them out of the holes. Great concept though.

Orders come quickly. Prices a little high though. Some whiskeys significantly overpriced due to limited quantities and/or over hyped.

So, I didn't get the special gift of a few little liquor bottles for free, ok. But when I chose to receive them, my shipping went up $5.
