The site is easy to navigate and purchasing was not difficult. However, I would have liked a better explanation and more communication about how long the product takes to arrive. Site says it's in stock, but it wasn't abundantly clear that the order takes 2.5-3 weeks for arrival due to customs. In stock did not mean in stock at US facilities and I got no update after the order was placed until I reached out nearly two weeks later.

I am not really sure if what I received is actually what I ordered. But I really don't have time for a lot of back-and-forth emails that are asking me to do things that have nothing to do with the question that I originally asked. I just learned from experience.

Order received, finally, after complaining to CaskCartel customer service that there had been no email, nothing at all to confirm that I had actually made the purchase. Once Customer Service got involved, package arrived quickly and easily.

Upon the whiskey arriving, I was supposed to receive the gift bag bundle with the black bags & cards & I never received them.

I placed the order on 12/15, but it did not "ship" until 12/24, and was not received by Fedex until 12/29. Free Stocking Stuffer gift was a single 50ml bottle of Jack Daniels, not worth the extra shipping cost.
