Order was placed November 29,2024 as a gift for a December 7,2024 birthday. Numerous phone calls, almost weekly delivered incorrect information base on international sourcing problems. When I ordered, there was no disclosure of an international purchase or that a refund could not be requested until a month elapsed. Then information was provided that a shipping label had been generated but not acted on due to export delays. More calls and just a frustrating experience. Finally after easily 20 phone calls a refund was promised in mid January and it arrived at the end of January. I will never deal with this company again.
Ordered and paid in November. Expected it by Christmas. Never heard a word. Contacted customer service 3 times and all I got were excuses and promises. Finally received my order in late January. Would never do business with them again. Very disappointed!
