I'm happy with the final product. Had a little lack of communication with the delivery date and assembly.

Did not take long to put up and the employees did a great job the only thing is i picked up about 40 screws inside and outside of the carport when they left

Well, installers overslept and didn't show up the day they said they would be there, that cost me a day of vacation from work. Couple days later they showed up almost 5 hours later than they promised, that ruined my Fathers Day plans. Installer's did very good job but we were unhappy they weren't punctual on top of a late delivery and were quick to remind us they should be tipped. Overall we got a good product at a fair price, I would slightly hesitate buying from them again due to installation hassle.

Took a little long once I ordered, but i'm impatient. Cost more than I wanted, but I'm cheep. Guys put together quickly an thoroughly.
Have purchased before and glad to do it again. First time was a diy project, this time was full installation. It was done much faster than I did it and I was completely satisfied. Excellent job! Excellent structure!
We are very pleased with our final product, i'm a little impatient but it was worth waiting for. The installation guys were prompt, respectful, quick and did a great job!
Easy to maneuver, Only had one issue and that was the trim. I ordered brown and got white. Still looks good, but I will paint it brown to mach the trim of my house. All and all still good experiance. Will buy from you again. Thank You

I worked with Elephant Structures with a great experience, much different from the other few reviews here. I know they're one of the largest providers of metal buildings in the nation so I'm not surprised a building here or there gets delayed and I can certianly understand being upset about not getting your building when you expected it. Considering what it takes to from ordering a building to having a team installing it on my property in a matter of weeks, some wait time is expected in my book. That's a lot to ask of any company. http://www.shopperapproved.com/reviews/carport.com/ I was asked to complete a survey after my order as hundreds of others have so I'd advise looking around at all perspectives if you're serious about buying. And yes, I would recommend carport.com their online builder is a great tool with no hassle up-front pricing designed to meet your local requirements. Id also note carport.com and carports.com are not the same company!

I'm wanting to put up another structure and would like to have a contact name. I have a few questions to ask.
Our second cover was delayed once and for that we received a "small" discount. The last third car port we ordered was rescheduled at least three time, to the point my "mother in law" asked my wife "does Pat know how they are treating us"... When the product FINALLY got installed it was very appreciated. But, even when the appointment was made for the fourth time none of us believed it would be installed. Because it barely rained one day shouldn't ever cause a 4 to 5 day delay. This time there was no discount, no "I'm sorry" or anything else...to the point my wife told me "we will never ever order from them again, I don't care if we pay more". Coming from a frugal lady, that speaks a ton...
