Great
After ordering a 20x21 carport, a 20x20 was installed. Called the company and was told the ROOF length was the 21ft. Foundation for 20x21 was built and now a waste.
What a waste of time to deal with this company. Took over 3-months for the carport to be installed... 15+ phone calls wondering what the hell was going on...

INSTALLATION CREW WAS EXCELLENT. CREW KNOW THEIR JOBS AND PERFORMED AS BEST AS I EVER SEEM. THAT CREW DOESN'T NEED ANY IMPROVEMENTS. THEY RATE A 6 STARS ON YOUR SCALE.

Only complaint was the fact that the website made no mention of lead time/delivery time. When we found out it was almost 2 months, I considered cancelling. We no longer needed the carport as summer is over...

Excellent product, great price, great crew doing the install and very fast! Would definitely buy again and I'm looking to do so in the near future! I want to put a picnic area in my back yard with a kitchen/BBQ area on my 2 acre lot. I will surely be buying from you guys.

Looks great...stronger construction that I thought it would be given that I have the base materials. The install crew was extremely fast and well experienced.

Well, delivery was 3 weeks sooner than expected. The crew worked fast and leveled my carport beautifully. They were out of my trim color so I had to wait a few extra days for them to come back out and finish it. My only complaint was how the trim was put on. It's not cut straight and looks unfinished on the edges. My husband and I will have to come up with more material to finish it correctly.
