Great easy website!
Was ordered on August 30th installed on November 17th. Was told it would be installed in 8 weeks from order. Was installed by Dreams Carports I, INC. of Utah. Just cut out the middle man and buy from them next time.
From the time I began looking for metal buildings, I continued to return to the carport.com site due to its ease of navigation. Once that I placed my order I was contacted within 24 hours and a delivery date established, which was little more then a week out. When the crew showed up on the day scheduled, one member came to me and went over the order to include all portions of the the order. The three (3) man crew that was sent here to build the building, a 24x34 fully enclosed, was very professional, very well organized and including the time it took to unload all of the materials, pick up debris when finished and go back over all the work they had done with me, they were here for approximately eight (8) hours. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of this purchase.
So far this have been a very easy purchase. I hope the installation is the same
I have been looking at prices for car ports, this is the best deal around, and able to custom order the size I need
Process to pick your size is easy
Building leaked and trying to contact was impossible returning to repair took forever still not repaired as expected
Took two months till set up. Installation crew was pleasant to deal with but, they didn't install carport to my instructions. One side of the leg is hanging off the concrete by an inch and a half. I have contacted Carolina carports about the issue and waiting for a response.

This will be our second elephant building. Great product, bet value we could find out there. The service and installation are top-notch. They show up on time, complete their work and leave you with a great finished product.
We were contacted at least 3 times stating the carport would be installed on a set date and then they did not show up. When the finally did show up they did not bring the generator needed for power. They were informed at least two times that one would be needed as the power was not on in the house yet. This made us have to rent a generator so they could complete the work. We have been told we will be getting our money back for this rental charge. In addition one of the anchors was missing at time of installation. That work was later completed. The carport does seem sturdy and was put together well and did not have any damage at time of installation. The workers were competent and professional while completing the work.
Couldn't ask for better service.
Installers were good guys. I would have liked to have had it weeks prior, but I knew when I bought it it would take weeks to deliver
This is the second carport we have purchased.
