4th or 5th Carport, Excellent service!

Delivery and Installation was Superb

Great. Already own one from you but need another.

So far so good.I received my carport yesterday here in upstate N.Y., the three men that installed the carport were very sufficient and did an excellent job in doing so and showed me along the way on what they were doing. I am very satisfied, very good quality and would recommend this product to anybody. Thank You Elephant Structures, job well done.

My carport installation was canceled several times at the last minute which resulted in many days of my life wasted as a result. Installation commitments to your customers are not a priority.

This is my 3rd building from you. Note the height is 10', might get it lower if i know what the center height would on a 9' and a 8'. I need to clear a 9' building,and i could put the center of building at center of box.I have a big wood box 10'x20'x 11' height.(a heavy shipping create my shopping with elephant structures is great.

Fast professional delivery and set up. They verified placement of frame and insured it was level prior to Assembly. Cleaned up work area when job was completed. This was our thrid purchase and we've been satisfied every time. Customer support is excellent.

I was disappointed with the
scheduling department. The carport was finally delivered on the third scheduled date. It was ordered October 10th and not delivered and set up until December 23th. I am very satisfied with the carport and with the workmanship of the crew that assembled it.

Not happy to take surveys till project is done

Very good website and configuration. I would have liked a 360 degree view of the building and custom placement of a door in the back wall. We have a fence behind the carport and would have liked to have a back wall with a door lined up to the gate

This will be my second structure purchased not disappointed, very satisfied.

Love my carport for my t top boat

Thank you for making it so simple to design, answer questions and order. I was not very impressed with the length of time it took from order to install. I was also very disturbed by the fact that I contracted with your company through your website and was told what the price would be only to have someone call me later and tell me that I would need to pay $100 more or the order would be cancelled. Very poor customer service!
