I originally received my order and it was damged due to shipping. I called customer support and sent a few pics of damage item. Woodland replaced my damaged item no questions asked. My experience with Woodland direct was fantastic and would highly recommend to anyone. Dont often see this kind of customer support. Thank You WoodlandDirect

I had received my concrete fire table but it was severely damaged during shipping. Woodland customer service was great to work with and they sent a replacement very quickly and I had the replacement with in a week. I am very happy with their product and their customer service. Thank you Woodland Direct.

Several pieces were cracked and one was broken in two pieces. It was not packed very well. It was in a box inside another too large of a box with bubble wrap around it that didn't prevent it from moving around.

Overall, material and supplies good quality but process of ordering correct brackets and supplies leaves something to be desired. Planning to sink posts into holes with cement, but the included materials didn't come with brackets to hold steel edging securely to the posts. The included brackets only hold one side of post and not very securely. On website it appears there are better more secure brackets available but it wasn't clear that those were not included

One of our logs was damaged in shipping. I called customer support to inquire about replacement. The replacement log arrived THE NEXT DAY! Love our new logs and are looking forward to using them in the future.

I was happily pleased. The order was followed up on even when I thought I'd abandoned this small dream. How many of you can stand brave and say you own a bespoken chimney shroud in this age of Californian regulation overreach, fear mongering and shaming? Cancel culture may have been birthed by the elites of California, but they can never cancel my big, beautiful, copper chimney shroud made by the exceptional team at Woodland Direct!

We have only had this log holder a few weeks, so cannot speak to its durability. However it seems very sturdy and well made. It was simple to assemble with wrenches and bolts that came with it. No other tools needed. It is a very attractive log holder.

First I was charged twice for the set of logs, my bank alerted me and I got that cleared up. The bag of embers they sent wouldn't have covered 2 sq. In., they still haven't shipped me more. The set of logs took over a month to ship even though they were in stock. Would not recommend this company.

I bought a lifetime warranty fire grate from Woodland direct way back in 2013. My grate is just now starting to disintegrate in the back part of the grate. I called on the phone remembering I had a lifetime warranty. The girl I spoke to told me to take pictures and send them via email. I did. They looked at the pictures and decided I had a claim. Within a week a new grate arrived! Literally the best company!

Ordered a concrete section specifically made for back of wood burning fireplace because ours had a couple large cracks and had to be replaced. Received within a couple weeks and it was packaged so perfectly. No damage. We cut it to fit as product directions stated and couldn't be happier with the result! We also bought a firewood grate for inside of fireplace. It was a quality heavyweight product! Perfect!
