Thank you very much as it was easy customer service is great I will refer you to anybody that has a problem
My Jeep quit charging so I replaced the alternator, after some research I figured out the voltage regulator is in the PCM I sent it off to Car Computer Exchange for repair and had it back in seven days. I installed it and everything is working perfectly. I've only driven about 20 miles on it so I will update later but so far I am extremely happy with their service! I'd also like to mention that the repair was 1/4 of the cost of a new PCM.
I purchased a PCM for my jeep and submitted all information that they requested, the VIIN which tells you everything about the vehicle, the year make model, they charged me $418 and shipped it. I installed the PCM and my jeep would not run, it would just crank. I shipped the PCM back to them along with pictures of the diagnostics from their installed PCM and the original. They shipped me another PCM, the jeep would start and run for a second and shut off. I once again shipped it back along with diagnostic paperwork pictures and emailed them everything. I asked for my money back because twice they failed to meet their end of the obligation. They refunded $218 of the $418 and claimed their return policy. Return policy only works if i decided i did not want the equipment but in this case i did want it but what they sent me was faulty. Dealing with this company was a HUGE mistake and Buyers Remorse/Beware. According to their policy i should have received my refund within 10 business days, however, it took almost 3 weeks to receive a partial refund. I have emails to back up my claim including diagnostic pictures. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they will ship faulty equipment. Customer satisfaction is not an option for this company. I tried calling with no results, i have sent several emails (around 7) giving them information and pictures to substantiate my claims along with hard copies when shipping back their faulty equipment.

Solved my issues. The process was easy start to finish including returning the core. Thank you!

Received ECM within a week. Customer service was very helpful, and was not an automated system. The shipping was easy and instructions were good.
Easy to order. Took a little longer than expected to receive. My mechanic now has it to do the install.
When I sent my original one in for repair you never repaired it and you charged me
Great experience. Fast shipping and module works great!
I ordered product and immediately was text to provide more info. They begin working on the programming the new device. It did take longer than expected but no longer than a week.
The Computer wasn't programmed to my Vin number. I had to pay another Company to program it that was $190. When I call the company it goes to voicemail had one person hang up on me so now your company sucks.
Customer service people were extremely helpful to ensure right product sent out. Worked great once plugged in. Only thing I would change is have the checklist available on website for faster installation.
Thanks so much!
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
