The only thing is that I kept receiving emails that asking if I still wanted to complete my order and I had already done so and the charge had cleared my bank account. Made be doubt if I had purchased from a scam until I called to check on the order.
Module was programmed correctly. Was in place in my vehicle within 15 minutes and worked perfectly.

Got my PCM in the mail, well protected with bubble wrap in the box. Put it in place, and everything is online and working great! Key and Skim working great - true plug & play. Had an issue with both O2 sensors reading undervoltage, and intermittent no read on the oil sensor. With the new PCM there are no codes, no engine light, and it passed inspection - no problem.

It was overall a satisfactory experience. There was some confusion about the order being R&R because I didn't see clearly that there was no stock on hand, so that delayed the process a bit, but other than that, everything was a.o.k.

I am honestly surprised to read anything negative regarding Car Computer Exchange. After dealing with their competition, who really worked me over in every way, I decided to give them a chance. My Diesel went down unexpectedly and the local dealer told me I had to pay $4,700 to get back on the road and that would take about two weeks. Car Computer Exchange put me back on the road in less than a week for $1,200. I don't even know where to begin when considering how much money I could have lost being out of work an entire additional week. And I have a lifetime guarantee on their work. Based on my overall experience with them I cant imagine having to use it. They do it right the first time. I am sincerely thankful. Ashley took my order with respect and optimism. And Bryan reassured me everything would work as needed. Very professional. A profound company.
Did not get a report of test result and corrective action taken, just a painted black PCM
Ordered almost a month ago. Called before ordering and was told 5-7 days estimate. No correspondence from them over the next month unless I contacted them first. Every time we call they give us a different story. Employee laughed when I said a month was a long time to wait. Have been hung up on by customer service when questioned why is this really taking so long. Save yourself the headache and order from a different company.
The part did not fix the problem and CNN has been shipped back for refund, everything was followed by instructions and the part did not solve the Vand issues
Installed pcm. Car starts and runs fine, but now have a/c and rear window defrost issues. Apparently common after pcm change. Also did not receive a return label to send back the old core. Asked to send one, but have not received yet
I received the part within two weeks. The warranty is awesome and has a easy way to return old part. The price for the part was great. After checking around they were the best price, preprogrammed and came with the warranty with most others didn't have. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend to everyone.

Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere.
