Sent 3 photos to transpose onto acrylic size 8 x 8 and the pictures came out of focus, light worst ever transformation. It kills me since the photos were taken with an iPhone 11 Max so it is not the photo, its their process of transformation. Their customer service is awful you can never get through, they do not respond to email. If there was a way to get a refund I would but I think the money I spent is a lost cause. I will never use them again, hopefully people will check reviews before proceeding. I did use other services and I did not experience this disaster at all. I have transposed photos to canvas many times, this was my first to acrylic.

Ordering was easy. Price was half of competitors. Delivery was 5 days from my order. Quality was excellent. I could not be more pleased.
I ordered 8 products from this company and 5 of them arrived defective, wrong, and not acceptable. There isn't an online method of customer service. You have to email them with a picture and then they are VERY slow to respond. When they finally responded they said they would only give me a refund if I destroyed the product and sent them another picture of it destroyed. Bizarre! I will never use them again and can't recommend them for anyone else. I would leave 0 stars if I could.
Non existent customer service. Cancelled my order after complaining about turnaround time. This is a site that sends work out, they are not printing your pics and they don't care.

I would leave 0 stars but i not think it is possible. I placed an order of 11 prints with them. Approximately 3 weeks later I received their box. Which contained someone else's pictures and no packaging slip. After calling for half a day since the on line agent was unavailable I finally reached a very short rep in the phone which could care less I had someone else's photos. I was told to go ahead and throw out the other person's pictures and that I needed to go and reorder everything from my original order that they would just replace the other persons order. It did not make sense to me that I had to redo my order but they were just going to refill the other person's order, but I did it anyway I emailed them as they requested once I have replaced my order they notified me that they would pull it start reprocessing it. I then had to call back when they had not pulled it and placed my order the 2nd time. It has now been seven days since that and my order has now gone from in production, to order receive I called for about an hour... got a rep on the phone and told her I needed help with an issue in an order that I had placed and I was promptly hung up on I have now been calling again for a little over an hour with no answer. My suggestion to you is do not place an order with them go somewhere else save yourself the headache
My mom and I ordered three canvases to give my dad for Father's Day this year. We are so happy with the turnout! Everything was delivered very quickly and we received a huge discount because of the sale going on. Very excited to give my dad these on Father's Day!
This business is a total scam. Don't believe the positive reviews because they probably invested a lot of money to create them. Their photo quality is not clear, even though I submitted a professional resolution photograph. There is no life or color in the photo. When I asked for a replacement, they said I must destroy in the most cruel way a photo of me and my wife and kids and provide them photo proof. This is extremely cruel and wrong to ask someone to do. All because they don't want to provide a return shipping label. I chose them because they were the cheapest compared to other sites. You get what you pay for.
This place is great at what they do. I've ordered from them at least 5 times now and I'm always blown away by the quality and how great their prices are. The shipping is super fast too. Makes for great gifts also.
Hi I ordered a "metal print " I'm so unhappy with that in the beginning picture it's just paper it's not printed on metal and picture was ripped in the bottom so mad to see this type of work first time I ordered with you and I don't think I'll use your service anymore I pay an expensive price
This website looks honest, has great reviews, but I put in an order for a mask which came to $20 with shipping. Instead of getting the one that I ordered, I was shipped somebody else's order. I also noticed that the printing was sub-par and the stitching messy. I emailed several times and no one responded. I also called, but would get cut off by customer service after 10 minutes of waiting. My only recourse is to post honest reviews of this company don't waste your money and stay away!
Seems like the usual runaround... I have all the documentation, order number, PayPal payment, UPS tracking number, shipment date. They say they have no record of the order! I've been following their instructions as per their emails and keep getting the same response from them "unfortunately. Blah blah blah! Try again". I've tried 7 times and I've had it. Contacted PayPal with complaint.
I'm so sorry that this is a scam I order 3 large canvas and they charge me for it but never got confirmation number or anything, I have try to contact them for the past week and nothing! This is very disappointing. I thought the good reviews were true but so far I'm only relating with the bad reviews in here! Careful when ordering from this page
Awful service! I made an order 3 weeks ago to be delivered for Mother's Day, it's May 19th, 9 days late and counting. Had to pay duties, I guess my order is coming from China, had I known, I wouldn't have ordered from Bestcanvas.ca. Name should be changed to worst-canvas. China

I have ordered from this company several times, been happy with the website, software, price, quality, and efficiency at which my order was produced. Until the last order... I placed a Mother's Day order and have regretted it. I felt I had plenty of time, I didn't get concerned about the processing of mother's order, until 2 other gifts I ordered for different people had already been shipped & received. I tried to call the customer service number and waited on hold for over 30 minutes x 3, just to have my call dropped every time! I emailed stating I was going to reorder just in case there had been a problem, but only send one order to my mother. Suddenly I received 2 notifications that both orders were being shipped. She hasn't received anything yet but, I am very disappointed.
If it's an important gift, I wouldn't trust these folks.

I recently ordered a 16 x 24 inch canvas photo of my daughter and granddaughter together and would like to let you know what a beautiful and wonderful job the final product came out.
