This company has very poor customer service. You can't get thru when calling stating there is a very high volume of call even when you call at 11am M-F... They have good work... and but lousy customer service. I wont do business with them ever again. I place and PAID for a product on 4/28 and have not heard back from them at all. This is so sad to have this happen here in America...
I would give it no stars if possible. I received someone else's order and tried calling the customer service line multiple times. It cuts off each time after 10 minutes and does not have an option to leave a message. I also tried to use the chat function that just directs you to an FAQ page. I sent an email that says they will get back in 1 to 2 days. This is the worst service I have ever encountered, if there even is customer service. All I have come in contact with is automated systems and zero help.
I ordered 2 separate orders of printed pillows for my sister who is a nurse and it was her birthday and my mother who is self isolating. Both orders were placed third of April.
I paid for the items as well as shipping and handling. 7th of April I get a message to advise my order may take longer due to COVID-19. Understandable and I prepare myself that unfortunately there will be a delay.
To the day, neither deliveries have arrived. I set a tracking update with UPS on receipt of tracking number (provided 8th April) and since 13th of April am discussing import feed UPS require payment for.
They confirmed the money due will be paid by bestcanvas. Caas per their terms and conditions but they refuse to pay. They insist I pay for it and request a refund. What an absolute liberty. I've continued to point out shipment was paid at time of purchase by myself and they just ignore this point.
Avoid this business where possible.
I purchased 3 canvases for Christmas gifts in early December. I didn't get them till January which I get they may have been backed up and my mom/mother understood. When i got the products they were distorted/blurry & the Back was just sloppy. It also came from Germany not USA as claimed. I've ordered 6-8 canvases before from them & they were great & came in 2 days. However, when you call from 11am-4 est (bc they're only "open" mon-fri during these hours) you get hung up by the system after 10 min. You email and you get no response. It's February & I've yet to see a refund DONT USE
Stay away from that $#*! company they simply play stupid with all of US. Customer service is that $#*! that I dont have a word for that. I want my replacement canvas Stupid MF Stop sanding Me after a days, weeks emails I will Not dealing with MF like U.The Worst Experience ever eith BestCanvas. Com. Stay Away from them. $#*! Ordered 8 pictures at the beginning of this month (delivery expected within 5-10 days), only received one picture and cannot get in touch with anyone. Called customer service, no one picks up and the recording hangs up after ten minutes on hold, tells you to email them instead. Then you email, and no one answers! Have been calling for days with no luck. Disputed the charge through CC company due to fraud, after having read all of these shady reviews. To be noted, the number listed on the transaction in my CC app is different than the number on their website. When we called, it was a number for a restaurant!
I think the folks at CanvasDiscount/BestCanvas spend more time putting up fake positive reviews than they do working on canvases. No quality control whatsoever--- no customer care--- once they get your money, you are no longer of value to them. I've placed a few orders now in the last several months and I've had a number of problems including: bad prints (misalignment's, poor faded color, ink blemishes, loosely wrapped canvases), false promises for reprints, no responses to e-mails-- I've been hung up on when calling customer service, I've been hung up after being on hold, I've had 10 e-mails go unanswered within two months--- basically I've been scammed out of $1,000.
These guys used to be good-- I used them a number of times last year and had good experiences. They now ship from Germany(?) even though they are a Florida-based company. Yeah, sure they are. New ownership? They used to ship their canvases with foam padding, tightly packed with care and strong wooden frames-- now they ship in unprotected shrinkwrap, loosely in a box with no padding and their wood frames are flimsy, light and the lowest quality of wood you can imagine. Please watch out for these guys. CanvasDiscount--- you really have to shape up-- or just close your doors. This scam-show is sickening.

I order a print on metal, but received what looked like my picture printed on a sticker stuck to acrylic or plastic. The picture quality is beautiful, but it was already peeling up on edges. Also, I wanted it on metal so it could be hung outdoors or in a garage and be durable. This is not on metal. I sent an email to complaint department before Christmas Eve and still have not heard back. I tried to buy a frame to have it protected by glass, but it will not fit in frame that is for size I ordered. Because it's on hard acrylic/plastic, I could not make it fit in the frame. This was a gift and it is not what I wanted to give... except that it has the picture I wanted him to have.
Delivery took far longer than expected however I loved the 8x8 canvas prints i finally receive so will order again.
I've ordered from canvasdiscount, previously, and was pleased with their work. I decided to order 4 canvases for Christmas gifts, which were guaranteed to be here by Christmas (ordered December 11th). The day after I placed my order, I got an email saying my products were ready for shipping. Then I got another email saying my products would be shipped by a company from Germany. If canvasdiscount is a US company, why are my products coming from Germany? I've emailed the company twice, only to get no response. Here it is Christmas Eve and my gifts are sitting in NY, while I'm in SC having to go purchase extra gifts for my family until these arrive. I will never use this company again!
I ordered my order on Black Friday w guaranteed shipping by Christmas. The mailed one of the 9 canvas I ordered and have no tracking for the others. You can not reach anyone on the number listed because they are experiencing a high volume of calls. U stay on hold for 16 minute before the disconnect u every time. Email? Haha what a joke. They don't respond. Will be filing a claim w the better business bureau over my missing canvasses
Ordered dec. 7th. Cannot get a hold of them through phone, email, or facebook. No tracking number no items! But they had no problems taking my money! Will sit on hold for 10 minutes to getting up on. Have called already 9 times! This place is a scam!
I've tried others, these are the best. Easy to complete the order online. Quality is fantastic. If they are a bit delayed around holidays it's no big deal. It's worth it.
I've ordered my canvas over a month ago and still have not received any notification of the status of my order. I've sent numerous emails and tried calling customer service with no answer. I'm filing fraud I suggest no one use this site ever
I ordered a bunch of canvas and they were NEVER sent. Tried to call, of course no one was there. Must be a scheme.
I would rate you zero if possible. I cannot reach you by phone. Your chat does not work. I ordered a selection of products about over a month ago. Somehow you got a complete wrong shipping and billing address. The shipment got returned to you. I wrote with correct address. You shipped again to wrong address. UPS refuses to redirect. You don't answer email. UPS is an hour drive and only open during rush hour traffic. After a month still not resolved.
Worst customer service and terrible product. Ordered on Halloween and took a month to get here. So much for shipping in 48 hrs. The blanket had heads of subject cut off and black ink smudge Mark's on back of blanket which is white background.

I ordered a photo mug and I received a black mug with no picture. It seems like they couldn't capture the picture. Payment was processed within seconds, but It took over two weeks to receive the product. I'm very dissappointed. Someone should have contacted me, instead of sending this out, and assume I would be happy with this. I could have went to the dollar store for a black coffee mug.
