Waste of money

I ordered 35 face mask for my kids football team not only it took forever to get when I finally received them straight crap print was off cutting was horrible and some was torn Don't waste your money trying to get a refund now

It was difficult to get a response initially but I received my print today! Canvas 36" x 48". Beautiful job. Couldn't have asked for a better result! Will order again just be aware of the production timelines.

I placed an order almost four weeks ago. Supposed to have the product three weeks ago. Nothing... NADA! Emailed... no response. Called... disconnected after 10 minutes... tired online chat... no one ever came on line... do they exist? Don't know? But someone has my $90.

I ordered an 8x10 pic for my grandsons grad pic on metal! It showed up later than promised and it was on some type of plastic with no way to hang it! Literally nothing on the back! The color was horrible and the edges very sharp! We tried to get someone to respond and it took several weeks for a response! Then the hoop jumping started, take a pic, email it to them! Then we got an email wanting us to scratch or mark through the pic and take another pic and send it to them! This is a $20 pic! There customer service is horrific! I don't recommend them, run as fast as you can! I will do more then $20 worth of damage to there reputation! You better get smart before you don't have a business!

I read all of the comments and decided most of them statistically sways towards positive reviews but there were a lot of horrible reviews and mine is now one! I'm a YouTuber with 240 thousand subscribers doing a room tour. I purchased 100$ worth of canvas art for my gaming room and wanted to review the company I've NEVER HAD SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE IN MY LIFE! I ordered my canvas OVER TWO WEEKS AGO HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING NO EMAIL IVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES IT EITHER DOESNT GO THROUGH OR HANGS UP! THIS ISNT OKAY TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND LEAVING US OUT TO DRY WE TRUST THAT OUR ORDERS WILL BE TREATED THE WAY YOU DESCRIBED ON YOUR PAGE 24 hour Processing ITS A LIE! I CANT EVEN GET A REFUND FOR SOMETHING THAT HASNT ARRIVED! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS SITE IM REPORTING THEM TO BBB

Horrible company

Horrible customer service.
Blamed me for pictures that sent damage.
4 out 10 pictures were damaged.
The glue they provided wasn't holding on wall and pictures fell down.
Stay away.

Horrible purchase!

I bought 3 coffee mugs with my family members pictures on them as gifts. This is what I received (see pic below). All 3 mugs were broken to pieces! Never again will I order anything from them.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau because this is a fraudulent company. Do not order. They took $174 and have refused to answer any calls or emails about my order over a month ago. I have been hung up on the only time a human being answered the phone when I ask questions she couldn't answer.

They have the absolute WORST Customer Service! Have been trying to reach them via eMail & telephone since June 1 in regards to several large and expensive Acrylic prints that have been printed TOO LIGHT & TOO WASHED-OUT. My "30 days" to get a refund is running out, now. And I HAVE GOTTEN ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE except a canned email about how they'll get back to me in 1-2 days, then 3-5 days, and still, NOTHING.
As you can see in the picture of the flowers, the Acrylic print is extremely light and washed-out - especially compared to the original on my monitor. This is an EXPENSIVE 30x40" print - AND they failed to attached the aluminum backframe for hanging it! The bobcat print is 20x20 and is also devoid of color, detail, and contrast. Which defeats the whole purpose of getting Acrylic prints!
Yet another was printed "backwards"...
I guess you get what you pay for... Sad. Family-owned, American company. Would have like to give them more business. But this is ridiculous.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Garden edging
June 25, 2020

I bought green plastic garden edging which took three weeks to arrive. I spent three days putting it down and it looked great. After a few days i decided to mow the lawn and went about strimming the edges.to my disbelief the plastic edging started to disintegrate with the force of the nylon cord. This product is far too flimsy for this use and i am now faced with the job of taking it up or trimming the grass with a scissors. A rubbish product.

Ordered 2 of their facemask back on May 25. For 2 weeks the tracker had it being in production, then its now back at just arrived to them. No one ever answers phone. A bot answers reviews with no help offered. Probably should have read reviews before ordering. Keeping fingers crossed though that im wrong. If I am i will update/ write a better review.

I got my order 1 and half month late. The website says they ship within 2 days but definitely not true. When I wrote them to ask about my order, it took several days to get an answer and they announced me that my order was never sent... Very poor service all the way through! I will never order again from them!

No customer service, they don't answer phones, live chats, or emails. Missing one canvas in the order, check order status, nothing there. Don't use this company, it is my belief is a scam, read reviews first! Do not order from this company!

I am a new customer, after I ordered my canvas products I looked at the reviews, I'm not gonna lie after reading some I was so scared, as this is a father's day gift for my husband and the pictures have our oldest son who we resently lost in Feb. So I was scared that 1 either they would be very late or we wouldn't get them at all or the pictures would be bad quality. But I am very happy to say that we got them a few days before father's day so they came early and the quality of the canvas is so beautiful, it captured our children very well and I definitely will be ordering again. I am a real customer and not a paid one like some reviews on here suggest about some of the reviews. So to close I am very happy. Thank you canvas discount.

I wish I could give them zero star. I placed an order on June 5th because I saw an ad that says they ship the next day. Two weeks later, no shipment, I called their customer care every day, it drops after 10 mins. They responded to my email 3 days later and no response since then. I regret ever using this service. I hope they'll still deliver my package, hopefully they're not a scam that takes people's money and don't deliver. DO NOT USE THEM

I ordered a mask and a pillow. The mask was horrible quality as it doesn't fit over a normal size face and never got the pillow. They re-ordered it and I never got it on the designated shipping date. When I called and asked about the pillow, they blamed it on UPS shipping. Of course, they always do. Then when I confronted that it was not UPS, and it was CanvasDiscount, the representative hung up on me.

HORRIBLE

I would never order from this company again! EVER! They sent me my order in May and I sent them an email that the biggest picture didn't have the backing attached to it that I paid for. They had me take pictures and send them for proof and then I didn't hear from them. I emailed and called and of course every single tome I called I was on hold for over 10 minutes and it hung up. The email I finally got back said they would send what I ordered... THIS WAS 23 DAYS AGO! For backing. Now I get an email saying they can't give me a processing date... BECAUSE THEY ARE TAKING NEW ORDERS FOR FATHERS DAY AND PUSHING THEIR SCREW UP (mine) BEHIND THEM. Do not order from this company. Their service is absolutely horrible. I've noticed they don't message anyone on their Facebook that has complaints- only the people who are ordering new products. Their smile guarantee sucks... because I'm ticked. I may be writing to the Better Business Bureau. It's principle at this point. How can you not answer calls, messages and emails?!?! I spent $270+ dollars with them and this is how they dismiss you...!

I ordered and paid for a print about 3 weeks ago. Initially got a projected delivery date and status showed in production. That date moved over the next week as it was clear they wouldn't make the date. Then the status changed to "ORDER RECEIVED" and the delivery date came and went. Called the number but no answer after being on hold *******@40 minutes. I emailed customer service 5 days ago and no response to date. This was a gift and event has now passed. I am embarrassed and this company doesn't care if they in fact exist. I'm reporting the charge as fraud at this point. So disappointed!
