They will accept your order, charge your card, print a FedEx shipping label which will send you an email with tracking #, but they will not drop off the canvas with FedEx therefore leaving you empty-handed. I had to call my credit card company and file dispute to reverse the charges. The phone number on the order confirm will permanently give a busy signal and the email address is a fake. Stay away from this company!

It is not clear on the website that canvas comes rolled. You have to put together the frame and stretch the canvas yourself. Frame was very poor. We ordered 1.5", so was 2.75" stapled together-very badly. Frame started to chip as we used rubber mallet to assemble. Stretching canvas and lining up was difficult with the stretch border. Had to be exact. Colors in print weren't exactly what I expected. Was not worth paying return shipping and getting partial refund. It will go in a guest room instead of place over fireplace, I guess...
I was aware I would need to stretch the canvas. No problem, I went to art school and have done this many times. The 24" x36" print came and was not very good. I sent a very large file, but much of the detail was lost and the colors a bit muddy. I paid extra for the 1.5 stretcher bars, but instead was sent eight 3/4 bars. No one answers on the customer service phone number. I wish I had read more reviews before placing this order. Because it's for a client, I will now have to eat it and order a print from elsewhere. I scoured the internet trying to find the cheapest option for blowing up a picture on a canvas and found canvasdiscount.com (best canvas). It's so cheap because you have to stretch the canvas yourself.
I ordered one of the biggest sizes, 60"x48" and dropped about $200 (75% off). Then, as an after thought, I decided to google the company and found unfavorable reviews. I almost cancelled the order but decided to take a chance. They sent me Fedex tracking info and I received the package (a large roll) about a week later. Yes the frame is cheap. My handy husband spent $5 on wood and built me a new sturdier frame.
It is now hanging in our living room and looks really good. The color is vibrant and true to color. It is a landscape photograph that I ran through a filter in Photoshop. I would use them again because it's cheap!

The canvas wasn't set on the frame. Instead I just had frame "parts" that I needed to assemble. I ordered the 1.5" frame, but instead just got two 0.75" frames that I was supposed to stack together when I assembled the frame.
Tried to call into the customer service center and got a busy signal. E-mailed them, and received a response two days later. I sent the frame back, but didn't get a refund for two weeks. Finally I called my credit card company and had them reverse the charge.
Do NOT use this site. I have been disputing an item with them with no avail for months, and the Better Business Bureau continues to deny my claim, stating that they are out of business, and there's nothing they can do!

-Foreign transaction fee (even though it was shipped from Florida)

I bought off this site without reading any reviews. When we recieved a tracking number followed by no movement of the package I googled the reviews and became very worried. I thought I would never see my picture or if I did it would not be good or I would have to put it together myself as all the reviews suggests. I e-mailed them and didn't get an answer but our package arrived 2 weeks later (rather than 5 working days). I'm very pleased with it. The quality of the picture is very good and it was already put together for us. I guess the quality really depends on your photo.

I ordered 3 canvases for $208. After 4 weeks, I hadn't received it. Since that time I have called them, over 15 times. The answered twice giving me excuses and even tracking numbers for the shipment, that hadn't even been processed. When I went to track the shipments with the tracking number I was given, the site said it was only initiated (that was March 13th) and never shows that it was actually shipped. I have cancelled my order online and there is no response. My credit card company (who I called to reverse the charges) actually said that the merchant told them it had been shippped! I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM this company. I can't believe that they are in business, it is a big scam. The two times I actually talked to someone, she told me she was the shipping department AND the customer service department. No wonder no one answers the phone. Don't even go there!
Why, oh why didn't I google reviews for this site before I spent $78 to get a canvas made?! Someday I will learn. Yes, count me in with the other ripped off, angry people who were scammed by a pretty website! I ordered mine a month ago, still haven't seen it. Phone rings and rings, no pick up. One email answered a couple of weeks ago apologizing for an equipment breakdown. I filed a claim with PayPal today. Hopefully they can do something to restore my trust in humanity! At least I feel like someone is in my corner.

I ordered a canvas last month and it was supposed to be horizontal, but it turned out to be vertical (and the image is completely off center). And the thing cost $74! Well, so I thought... they actually charged my credit card $2 more, which sure, is only two dollars, but my invoice said $74.00 even. Also, it shows up on my bank statement as some German company, which at first alarmed me thinking someone had stolen my credit card. It turns out this German company sells canvas prints too, so they must be connected somehow. I am appalled by the service and the FALSELY ADVERTISED "100% money back guarantee." Sure, maybe they'll refund you if you can a hold of them. They don't respond to emails and their phone number is a fake (it either rings and rings or you just get a busy signal). Absolutely ridiculous, this company should be shut down.
I had taken a nature picture in which I wanted put on canvas and I had seen this website and it seemed official being that it was backed by popular websites. So I ordered a 10x12 black and white print in which when it was delivered it wasn't exactly black and white and I had the date of when it was captured on the print. There was no return label and when I called the customer service number, no one answers. The recording says there is no one to take my call to try and call back at another time. I am steaming at this point because I had emailed them also and have not gotten a reply as of yet. This had sounded like a decent company being that it said 100 percent money backed guarantee. We'll see about that!
Well doesnt look good, I made a big order with this company and they are completely non existent, Ive filed complaints against them with Paypal and the IFCC, the owner Philipp Muehlbauer obviously doesnt have alot of sense about him as Ive already retrieved all of his personal info... this stuff is such a pain in my $#*!.
