I originally ordered 3 prints from this site, and choose the site because of price. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PRICE. The service was HORRIBLE.
My order was messed up TWICE. I left multiple voice messages and e-mails with NO RESPONSE. Finally when I did get a hold of a real person - he put me on "Hold" but actualy didn't and I could still hear him... He proceeded to INSULT ME TO HIS COWORKERS! He laughed about my name and he laughed at my e-mails that I sent and when on and on... then got back on the phone and tried to be nice? What kind of customer service is that! I will NEVER order from this site again... AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE ELSLE LOOKS ELSEWHERE FOR CANVAS PRINTS.

First let me say that I received my order and I think that the quality of the printing is very good. I was getting extremely nervous due to the amount of time it took to receive my order (almost one month) when on their site it claims that they turn orders around in 48 hrs. I also had a very hard time reaching anyone there to check on the order. I was also not aware that I would have to stretch the canvas myself and I was a bit nervous about that, but if you are a little handy it shouldn't be an issue. It was a great cost savings compared to other sites and overall I am satisfied with the end product.

I placed an order on 1/27/2012 for a 36 x 24 print on canvas. I placed the order, was charged and then read all the reviews. Needless to say I was very worried especially when they didn't answer the phone or respond to my emails. I am happy to report that yesterday on 2/3/2012 I recieved the order on my doorstep. Granted you do have to do your own streatching but I am happy with the print.

I ordered 4 prints on Dec 17th 2011. Anything ordered by that date was promised delivery by xmas. It's been nearly a month and I still haven't gotten anything. I've emailed and called and haven't gotten a hold of anyone. Their answering service states that memory is full and I'm sure it's because of constant calls from other dissatisfied customers. Buyer BEWARE!

RUN!

RUN! I ordered a picture through them for Christmas. It is now a month later and I still have not received it. I emailed them twice and have gotten no response. I called them twice and finally got an answer today 1/11/12. I asked about my order and it was not ever printed. I wonder if they simply take orders and don't print them to save $$$. I cancelled my order and hope to get a refund. Let's see.

I was very worried after I placed an order and it didn't seem to ship as promised. I then looked at reviews and got even more worried. I had spent several hundreds of dollars on holiday gifts and thought I was scammed. Then I did some digging - and found a contact at the company that responded and assured me that I would get my order as promised. I did - although it was late - I still got them in time for the holidays - and I have to tell you that the quality, for the price, was awesome! I stretched 15 canvas prints and it wasn't that hard to do. I cannot speak to the customer support at all, as I never got a response from *******@canvasdiscount.com, but if you need assistance, email George Hustus - the production and warehouse manager. He was extremely responsive and courteous. His email is *******@bestcanvas.com

His service was so good, and the quality of my order was so satisfying that I placed another large order and just saw that it is in transit! I will say, the website over promises. If it wouldn't do that, there would probably be less complaints.

Bad product and bad customer service. I ordered stretched canvases for a Christmas present and after we got them, a drip of water got on one and completely ruined it. It didn't just smudge, it completely cleaned the photo off of the canvas in that area. I tested the other prints we had ordered (on the back of the frame) and the print rubbed off VERY easily with just a wet finger. Any type of condensation or leaking in your house could ruin these prints. I got family photos with the idea that my mom could keep them for years, but I'm afraid that they may turn out to be temporary. It seems like the company could seal them in some way or use a different printing process to provide some protection from water damage, but when I contacted them, they didn't even pretend to offer protection from water damage even though their website claims they sell "museum-quality custom canvases."

I contacted the company to see what they could do on 12/4/2011 and they finally emailed me back on 1/5/12... over a MONTH later. I know Christmas is a busy time for companies, but this is crazy! If the email had something substantial to it, like some research or an offer to fix the problem, I would have a little understanding, but it said this (verbatim): "Thank you for your purchase on our website and i apologize for the delayed response. I would like to inform you that we do not provide any type of protection on our anvas prints so any high humidity/water area will possibly ruin the prints. Thank you and again i apologize." Again, keep in mind that their website claims "Exceptional customer service."

Ridiculous! Don't order from this company!

This company has so many websites across different countries advertising the same service and I believe they should stick with one website instead of renaming it over and over again due to the incredible loss of goodwill stemming from extremely poor customer service and borderline criminal operations. My suggestion is WorstCanvas.com. Here's my story:

On December 2nd, 2011 I purchased a 24"x12" printed and framed color photograph canvas with a hanging system from BestCanvas.com for $61.04.

It has been over one (1) month since I placed my order and I have not received the products which I had purchased. I have tried contacting BestCanvas.com by telephone and twice by email; however, I have not received any reply nor have they contacted me regarding my inquiries.

Also, read Yelp.com reviews (Everyone here should also post elsewhere to prevent other people from going through this agony). This link also confirms the fraudulent nature of this operation:

I bought a 3 panel split 36"x24" for a Christmas gift when I receive it I only had enough wooden panels two stretch two... so I called back she told me they would overnight it. I got it 3 days later and it was the wrong size. I couldn't get ahold of her for 4 days, no answer to emails or calls when I finally get ahold of her she tells me I was wrong not her. I finally get her to see what she did then she tells me I will get the right parts overnight and it is now 3 days later again and I still have not gotten it and I can't get ahold of her also!

I am so irritated by this place. I placed my order before Thanksgiving to make sure I would get my canvas on time, they emailed me saying that the size I ordered was "back ordered" and would take longer to receive then expected. Weeks go by and I hear nothing from them, I tried emailing and calling numerous times to find out where my order was and no one answered or got back to any of my emails. I finally received my cheap looking canvas 1 week before Christmas rolled up in a box (which was not what I expected at all) and not only was the size WAY off, it was damaged. Part of the picture was rubbed off smack dead in the center of the photo and there are spots all over the top of the photo. I tried emailing the company once again and heard nothing back, the photo was so bad that I had to pay another company to expedite a new canvas for me so that I would have it in time for my dad's Christmas gift. I still have the canvas sitting here and still after the 3rd email now, have not heard back from anyone. I will be filing a dispute with my bank tonight after reading all of these reviews. This place is a rip-off, I do not recommend ANYONE buying from them.

Damn, I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Same process for me: Order, do not receive package, get busy signals when calling, receive bogus tracking numbers, and a month later still no package.

I am going to do what I can to get my money refunded, but it doesn't sound like that is going to be easy. Please stay away and don't make the same mistake I made just to save a few bucks!

I had the same situation as the above complaints. Payment was received, got a confirmation e-mail, then nothing. I sent numerous e-mails to their customer service e-mail with no response. I also tried the phone number they had listed - it rang and rang, then gave some sort of error message. I'm currently on the phone with my bank account to dispute the charges. Just hoping I don't have to get a new card...

I ordered a single 8 by 12 picture with brush effect. Website promises a 3 to 4 day turnaround. I got an email that said a delay caused shipment till 7th of Dec. On 15th I started calling a constantly busy number. I sent 3 emails with no response other than a canned thank you. I finally got a person that said order was "lost". But order would be shipped overnight. I waited 2 days no order. I called all day finally got person. She said she had no control over orders. George came on phone and promised order. During call he said not everyone would get there orders. HMM why not? $$$$ in bank? Scam? I got order- Yeap it was wrong. Now George takes offense I called him a scammer. I have emails where he is upset. Good customer service manager. They gaurantee everything but don't deliver. It is an overseas company so they don't care about the USA other than the money. I have to give the present the way it is because it is now 12/22/11. It is for son's mother. They have all excuses no service.

We also ordered two prints for Christmas. Never received our product. We did get a confirmation email but never an email saying it shipped. Sent out two emails never received a reply. Every time you call their customer support number you get a busy signal no matter the day or time. This company is a complete scam avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company! They soaked me for over 500 dollars. I never received anything from them. It has been over a month since I ordered. They charged my credit card. The company does not answer their phone and I have emailed them 30 times and I have received no replies. These people are crooks and need to be prosecuted and thrown in to prison. Will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow and hopefully they can recover my funds.

I ordered my canvas on 12/9/2011. It was delivered on 12/19/2011 in a box with a very cheap, not yet assembled frame. Are you kidding me? Your website specifically reads, "Ready to Hang". I am very disappointed in this transaction and my bank will only process the charge back if the merchant acknowledges the returned item which I doubt they will do. This website needs to be shut down ASAP! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!

This company changed their name from "bestcanvas" to this, "discountcanvas" I'm guessing because the bestcanvas name got called out for being a SCAM. Obviously, this was done to fool people into thinking that this company doesn't have a history of bad reviews. It's kind of silly, what are they going to do when the bad reviews start piling up for their new name? Change it again? Lol I mean look at the reviews for both names - not even one 3 star review.

Anyway, I placed an order a month ago and immediately received an order invoice confirmation stating that my order would be shipped within 5-7 business days, and a shipping confirmation email would be sent. Well, it's a month later and I never received my shipping email, no tracking, and no product either. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and even if it is shipped tomorrow it likely won't get here by Christmas.
I called their customer service number and as it is a Sunday I got no answer. Emailed as well and am awaiting a response, if I ever get one at all. (Based on the horrible reviews I probably won't).

I can't comment on the quality of the product because I never received it.

My concern right now is how I'm going to dispute the charges with my bank. I used a debt card to pay for this transaction and it that's equivalent to using a checkbook. If anyone has any suggestions please help.
