What a horrrible experience and total waste of money. First of all, the canvas you order will come un-assembled - you will have to assemble it yourself. As if that was not misleading enough, they were 'nice enough' to include a sheet stating they send the canvas this way to save their customers money and have included easy instructions on how to go about assembling (really? Thumbtacks, I mean common')

The instructions were of course 'missing' - frequent emails are not returned. DO NOT ORDER from this company - you are better off spending $20 more and going somewhere else. So sad - horrible experience.

I had accidentally ordered from this site on a recommendation for canvas pop.com.
When I realized I had made a mistake and went to check reviews on best canvas I was horrified to see everyone claimed that it was cheap crap. I immediately cancelled my order ( thankfully I actually got someone on the phone)
I was not charged ( Thank God) and I thought that was that - a few week later my order ( which I had cancelled) came in the mail and I could not resist opening it. Sure enough it was a rolled canvas with a do it yourself frame all which would have been fine except there was a pea size spot in the middle of the canvas where the ink had not taken properly. I tried to lick my finger and rub it a bit to see if that would help instead it just smudged more of the ink right off. Shocking! When I called to tell the company they had sent me my cancelled order they told me I could keep it, and when I preceded to tell the lady on the phone about the blemish ( putting it nicely) she didn't even apologize. I guess I shouldn't complain being that I have a un- hangable canvas I didn't pay for... this site should be called worst canvas!

I was anticipating receiving my own photos done on canvas, well what a waste of money and time. Quality of the whole order sucked, they say it is easy to put the frame together IT IS NOT, THE QUALITY OF CANVAS SUCKS, my photos were too dark, too pink, and not like when i edited them. They are a disgrace, and Walmart does a better job yes walmart, they don't use wood frame but i should have stuck with walmart. RUN RUN RUN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

When I first ordered from this site, I was unaware that you had to stretch the canvas yourself, but after looking up reviews I found that out. I wasn't too concerned given the canvases were only $9 but I was a little worried when I read that people thought they were poor quality, didn't receive them, etc. I am happy to report that I received great quality canvases, all the parts, and it only took a week after I ordered them to receive them. I would definitely order from here again and although I think I got more quality than what I paid for, I'd caution others to realize that with cheap canvases you may not get the quality you want. You get what you pay for! BUT like I said, with my professional photo, I received great canvases that were high quality. The only reason I took them down 1 star was due to the site not really coming out and saying that you had to stretch the canvas on your own, but again, I realize I got what I paid for.

Though I received my order on time, I was shocked to find out it doesn't come preframed. What they do is send you 4 pre-cut cheap Pine Stretcher bars with instructions on how to frame it yourself. The stretcher bars were slightly warped and trying to stretch, stapler, etc. alone is difficult. Had I known this I would never have used this company. I love my picture but now will have to take it to an art shop to have it restretched onto better materials. I could no place in their site that indicates this is a do-it-yourself project. Well, first of all i did NOT know that i would have to stretch the canvas myself. I ordered canvas before from more expensive website and was never disappointed. However, i would not recommend canvasdiscount to anyone. Not only the canvas are not framed, the colors do not match the files i originally sent. At last, it took my product 10 days to arrive after the order. I wish i had seen all these reviews before using their website. Never again!

I had two parts to my order, the first shipped after about three weeks, the never arrived even after contacting customer service numerous times. I always got FedEx shipping notifications but product was never picked up. Customer service is lousy and that is being kind! I have never experienced such high inefficiencies in any company. The hassle of trying get my product here was totally exasperating. I would guess there is no management running this show. Stay away!

NEVER order from this site! I bought a valentine's gift on here, and it never came, which was a flop. Not only was I left empty handed on Valentine's day... I called to try and get this order resolved... and no one answered, their mail box was full. I wrote countless emails to them, no answer. Finally after a month of trying to get a hold of them someone answered... and they said it had no printed, then he said it did print but it was damaged... WTF! This place is a joke, it is a SCAM... I would never recommend this site to anyone! Stay far away... pay a couple more dollars for a reputable company!

Guess the most important thing to know about this site is you get what you pay for. First, it was not clear that you need to assemble the frame and stretch the canvas yourself. The frame materials are very cheap. The quality of the printing is just barely average. Comparing this to canvas4life, even thvough they are more expensive, I would pay the higher price in a second versus going back to discountcanvas. Needless to say, I feel the overall quality is poor.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. First they promise 48 shipment on their website. When this didn't happened, I inquired by phone (it's hard to get a hold of them) and was promised it would go out that very day over night, and it didn't happen. I called the 3rd time and had a manager promise me twice that he would have the order out that day over night. I never received it the next day. When I called back, he had no clue why it hadn't gone out. At first I thought it was incompetence, but I'm pretty sure these guys lie. The only reason they get a 1 star is because he promised a prompt refund of my money, when I asked to cancel, and they actually delivered on that. I would steer clear of this site.

I ordered a canvas print for my boyfriend's birthday. It never got even close to his birthday. I received the canvas 3 weeks after I placed an order. Ok, no big deal... nobody can promise you shipping on time. Pass that, when I open the box I didn't realize the stretch frame was not put together. Finally I properly read it on their website afterwords so okey I can understand that part, but the pieces don't even come together! Pass that, the quality of the picture... DISASTER! Too embarrassing to show it to my boyfriend. The picture is absolutely DARK! I can't even hang it on my wall. It looks sooo bad I tried to contact customer service, no response! The coloring is soooo weird on the angles! I didn't even ask for money back... I just asked for reprint. Still no response! This company is some kind of SCAM! Better watch out for them! It's been three weeks... still no response and I tried to contact them three times! I'm going to ship the canvas back... what a wasted 50 bucks!
