Was charged immediately. Have not received items (ordered 4 tags!). No updates, no relied to email follow ups and deleting my comments on Tik Tok when also receiving no reply there.

They were super cute and sleek. Good quality and my cats don't seem to mind them. Was super easy to set up!

Total scammers, disgusting customer service, bottom of the barrel trash bag losers.

I placed an order that they didn't ship (even though their site says 1-2 days) and it's been a week and a half. I decided against the order since they were taking too long, AND I read the terrible reviews all over social media. I checked their website and it says they accept returns up to 30 days after the item is delivered, and up to 60 days for an exchange. My order hasn't even SHIPPED yet, so I emailed them and asked them to cancel my order. Some loser comes back and says holiday sale tags are final sale as depicted on their website... So I go back yet AGAIN to the site to see where it says that, and it says NOTHING about that. I start to process an order to see if maybe it shows up in my cart saying sale items are final sale, and again... NOTHING. When I emailed them the screenshot showing them their OWN return policy, they go radio silent. SUCH TRASH. You will meet your demise and be out of business faster than you will ever even think to imagine... Because while you may get the sales NOW, word will spread faster on how much of a scumbag "company" you are, and you'll go from ahead of the game, to begging for scraps from loan shark investors to try and keep you afloat. TRASH.

Also, to anyone out there, please read social media reviews, and the review on their paid for ads on social media. Drowned out by people who JUST got their order and are happy with it, are complaints from people who were initially happy but are upset with either customer service, the product itself or their "warranty". So many people are complaining that the tag worked for a month, and then stopped. Complained that it broke and were told they'd get a replacement and never did, and so much more.

Do not buy. The dogs lost them right away, found in the house, they broke off the key ring. Useless junk.

SO MINE BROKE AFTER A WEEK AND I EMAILED THEM AND THEY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT THE SAME DAY I AM SO IMPRESSED. THE TAG IS SUPER COOL TOO YOU CAN PUT WHERE YOUR ANIMAL LIVES, THE VET, MEDICATIONS ECT... I AM SUPER HAPPY

I ordered Byte Tag and it arrived quickly. We travel a lot with our dog and now have peace of mind that if he runs off we'll know as soon as someone scans his tag. I like that we can provide multiple addresses and phone numbers for people to contact along with his vet information and whether or not he gets along with other animals. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I love the QR code tag! It works great and always gives me an alert when it is scanned. It shows the scanning party the appropriate information and also looks cute on her collar!

Very excited about Byte Tag and ordered for my dog. I filled out all necessary info and placed on my dog's collar. Cheap design/plastic probably b/c it broke off (metal ring was still in tact) after only 6 weeks. And my dog is an inside dog who gets walked twice a day. DO NOT BUY—it will not last.

I only purchased because it was advertised as a NFC comparable dog tag. Only to find out once I received it, they discontinued the nfc chips but still advertise as such on their website. Heads-up to anyone looking to buy one. If the only reason is the NFC, then don't.

I am an American living in Germany so generally it's hard to get companies to deliver out of the country but I got it within two weeks of ordering it. The item was $19.95 and shipping was $15.34 for a total of $35.29. But then when Deutsche post delivered it to my door they made me pay them an additional €8.40 which I assume is the VAT tax. Kudos to this company for providing such a wonderful service. It was extremely easy to set up and easy to use. Great idea! Thank you ByteTag! My dog was wearing the tag and took a bath in mud. She was filthy. I took her harness, the collar, including the bytetag And threw them in the washing machine. When it came out I was afraid the ByteTag would have gotten wet and ruined but it still worked perfectly. I tested it. I am soooo pleased with the product!

Concept is great but the actual product is absolute cheap garbage, broke and fell apart in about a month. Quality is something you would except from a gumball machine trinket. Epic fail.

I bought 2 tags, one for each of my dogs, bc it gave a wealth of information about their temperament, address and phone number, etc with no subscription fees. GREAT IDEA!

Both tags were lost within a month because of the POOR QUALITY of the tags. I recovered one tag (pictured below, broken at the top) but the other is gone forever! UNRELIABLE MATERIALS! Out the cost of these 2 tags plus 2 new ones! Ended up buying a metal engraved tag for each dog w my phone number on it! Not elaborate but will definitely be on my dog should he get lost!

People are saying that this dog tag is bad and is not working as they expected. But I received mine yesterday and it works perfectly fine. It's very hard solid, which I don't know how people found that breaking. Very easy set up and very happy we got it.

When I received my byetag, it did not work. It appears as though the QR code was never activated. Therefore, when scanned, it gave an error message - thereby rendering the product completely useless. I contacted customer service multiple times over MONTHS. I received one email asking for a photo of the tag, after that, silence. I could not get the issue resolved, could not initiate a return, could not speak to anyone. I ended up having to challenge the purchase with my credit card company, who refunded me. This is such a scam and waste of money! DON'T buy it!

The tags are cute but defective. I had them for a week and the top plastic fell off of both. I emailed asking a refund and received no response. Definetly nor worth $20 each.

I love the idea of this tag. The data management, the ease of use, but it is not that sturdy. I bought one and it broke within 2 weeks. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and replaced it. The problem is the next one also broke within 2 weeks. Customer service has disappeared. I have contacted them no less than 6 times with absolutely NO REPONSE. When they had responded so well to the first incident, I bought a second tag for my other dog, it also broke within 2 weeks and have gotten no response. What a frustrating experience. And the fact that they don't respond has lost my business.

I was never able to successfully upload dogs photo, she was at my daughter's across town and I tested, but not able to access anything that would show me her location, and when daughter tried to notify me, she got a successful message, but I got nothing. Customer service is non existent. I am pitching this POS

Two days after receiving it, the plastic cover came off. Not impressed. I would have thought $20 would have been made better.

I just received my BYTE TAGS, so i can't say how it will work, and i believe this IDEA IS GENIUS! HOWEVER, having a large, clutzy dog and having had multiple large dogs in the past, I would STRONGLY recommend working with R&D to develop a stronger tag and stronger attachment ring. These are not going to last with a strong, active dog. The size of the pendant is perfect. The colors are cute, but not as vivid as the ads on their website. As a side note, I believe the weight and material may work ok for a small dog.
Edited to add, there are no written directions with pendants.
