These tags came quickly after I ordered and was super easy to register. The app is easy to use, and makes me feel better knowing that if my dogs got out, the person who found them would be able to know everything about them in order to care for them until I got there. Definitely recommend!

I received my bytetags and love them! They are light weight, durable, and unlike the metal tags - alert me if my dog is lost while giving the person who finds my baby everything they need to help them get home- including vet if they are hurt!

Have you ever actually found a dog and tried to get it back to its owners? I have and it was terrible. You couldnt read the tags, couldnt get the dog into a vet to see if it was chipped? I decided to try bytetag for my own dog as I couldnt imagine losing him as my motherinlaw had lost her little dogs just weeks earlier. Byte tag came quickly and it was actually super fun setting it up and entering my dog's info. I have now had the byte tag on him for about 6 months. He has been out in the rain and the bytetag scans great. When someone scans it it will alert to their location and send you an email.This honestly could not be easier. My only regret is I didnt find this sooner so that mymother in law would have had a better chance of getting ittle Sophie back. Thanks Bytetag for a wonderful product!

It gives me peace of mind to know this will help locate them if they get lost. They won't have to go to a vet to get scanned. I did change out the key ring, but otherwise all 3 have stayed in tact and are cute. I'm pleased.

I initially got a Byte Tag out of curiosity for my new pup. She recently got out and was returned to me within the hour. The Good Samaritan that found her scanned her tag and I instantly got her location! Since then, all of my dogs wear a Byte Tag! They are super beneficial. I still support microchipping but that usually requires someone to take your dog to a vet/shelter to be scanned. Byte Tag is instant! As soon as the tag is scanned, you get notified. I highly recommend these tags for all of your fur babies! They are durable and come in a variety of fun designs. For cats too!

I've had no issues with my Bytetag and have found it's the perfect thing to use for my therapy dog. I don't necessarily want the people we interact with to be able to see our address or phone number so this has been great. I have them for all of my dogs now and they have held up well. I didn't have any issues with shipping or setting up multiple accounts.

You literally write a social media profile for your pet! The QR code is such an amazing idea and all the details you can put in is insane!

We use these on each of our 4 dogs, we love the peace of mind knowing if one of our dogs were to run away they could be easily returned to us. The profile is extremely easy to set up and adding multiple animals to your account is fast! The second the QR code is scanned we get a notification! We recommend them to all our pet friends!

By far the WORST dog tag and terrible customer service. To start with, they advised these as tracking, which is a lie. They do NOT track your pet, when scanned someone can choose to share the location they are at right then.

Second, the silicone tag, doesn't even come with a way to attach it to a collar. When I asked customer service, they say you have to provide your own means for attaching it.

The print quality is horrible, light and hard to read, and doesn't seem like it will last long at all!

Decided to still try it, but try as I might to set this up, the app keeps freezing and kicking me out. No amount of restarting, refreshing, reinstalling, etc is helping. The website link on the tag just gives an error. This is completely useless! So frustrating and customer service is a joke and won't let me return this either. Their Return policy is a lie as well! Incredibly frustrating.

Will NEVER buy from this company again!

What they advertise is completely different with what you receive! There is no NFC at all!
They're exactly like $1 keychains with a QR code on one side of that which links you to their site!

I got my byte tag back in Septemeber of 22. First when receiving I thought WOW! I paid this price for this thing? Anyone I did a practice trial checking it out and it was awesome. Got the account set up and everything. August of 22 I switched phones I downloaded the byte app and it keeps telling me the email does not exist. I only use 3 emails I tried all 3 says none exist. I then in Novemeber of 22 contacted byte support for help. It is now Jan 23 no response. I submitted help several times giving all 3 emails and nothing! I even decided to say my dog was lost to expedite and still not a word or single reply! I tried creating a new account but then I scan qr code and says tag is in use. Very frustrating very upsetting. Very glad my dog isn't lost because if he were I'd be extremely passed off.

I bought the original tags for my two dogs and they were really cheap and didn't last but about a week. I wrote the company and they responded very quickly and replaced those tags at know charge with new upgraded tags. The new tags are made with better materials and seem to be holding up wonderfully. It's winter and my dogs haven't been in the pool yet, but they look solid enough to take that beating. Disregard my first review and give them a try. They want a copy of my bill of sale and I don't have one because they were received under warranty.

I hope you enjoy your tag for its beauty because their website does not describe how to actually register your tag so it is very useless! Just like most products you purchase online, beware cause you are screwed once they get your money! Might as well just flush your money down the toilet.

Very disappointed. I ordered 3 tags and they never arrived. Tried to contact the company 3 times and never heard back.

Concept is great, but quality needs improvement. I bought 3 bc i have 3 dogs, 1 was lost by that evening, 2nd one lost within a week, puppy still has his. The rings are so flimsy. Waste of money but would purchase again if the quality was fixed.

Ordered this piece of junk and instantly was charged 7.50 recurring monthly fee. It's still in the packaging and never activated yet my PayPal is being charged. Seems scammy this company just sets up a monthly payment without my consent! Red flags

Don't waste your money! You will never receive your product! They will answer you the first time you inquire about your order, tell you they are busy and to give it 2 weeks instead of 2 days to ship, then they stop replying when if's been more than 3 weeks and it hasn't shipped yet.

It has been 3 weeks and nada- this will be updated if I ever receive the tags. It is unfortunate that they don't even send a confirmation email.

I received my Bytetag for my furbaby in the mail today. Setting up the app was easy. Once the app was set up setting up my furbabies account was very easy even for someone who is not computer literate. It is very comforting to know that her information is with her in the event God forbid she is lost. Everyone should have one for their furbaby because their information in just a click away for anyone who finds them.
