I ordered this and it said it was delivered. I went back to bytetag and they supposedly shipped another one and said it was delivered. Nothing again. This may be an internal issue with delivery or something with USPS saying it's delivered but it isn't. I'm tired of being taken advantage of

Been waiting well over a month for my order and still hasn't arrived. Also telling me they won't issue a refund on an order I paid for, but am not even getting! Do not order! There are plenty other tags out there that are the same idea.

I thgt it was GPS so could track lost pet. Find out after getting only activates IF someone finds and scans. My cat was stolen...need to track w GPS

I bought two, they charged me for shipping, it arrived yesterday after a month of waiting and they want to charge me another 15€ give me my money back!

These are the best dog tags! All of the ones we've used before scratch up where you can't read them. These have a great protective coating that allow anyone who finds our dog or cat to scan the QR code and all of their information pops up- including everything down to vet and rabies information. We tried it out and as soon as my husband scanned my dog's tag, I got the text and email letting me know it had been scanned! Amazing!

The first ByteTag broke off so I wasn't very happy, but in contacting ByteTag and requesting a replacement they gave me a full product choice... free replacement and no shipping. I selected the silicone version as he seems more durable. It came quickly and without any fuss. Great way to protect you pet in case they get lost.

Very excited not to have to worry about losing a list pet because when found they weren't taken to a vet to have a chip scanned or not having an Id. Any issues you have the company responds and resolves the problem in the best possible way and quickly.

I love the idea behind this tag. It's nice being able to add multiple phone numbers, addresses, and vet information. They have so many styles, too, that you can pick the one that suits your pet the most!

I bought this item because my dog likes to… run away like a turd. He's only escaped once but better to be safe. He is microchipped but I love how you have the convenance of scanning the tag and getting all the info for the pet parents and about the pets. It's a great product and letting all my pet parent friends know it! Highly recommend

I've been using bytetags for my dogs for at least a year. I did upgrade to the silicone tags and so far they are holding up great with my 2 labradors. No issues with playing, swimming or bathtime. I did read some of the reviews and people seem to be upset that their tags didn't come with a ring to attach to the collar however you can buy a package of about 50 for maybe 2 bucks at Walmart and it comes with multiple sizes. I keep my dogs tags on an S hook which is more sturdy anyways. The shipping for the first set of tags was a little over a week. At Thanksgiving time during their sale it took about 3 weeks but I expected that since everything was taking longer from everywhere I ordered. When I sent an email asking about it I got a response within a few days. Other than that I've never had any issues. It was also pretty easy to setup the account with the dogs info and mine. I love these tags and it gives me a little reassurance knowing they have these tags.

I ordered Bytetag for 2 dogs over Christmas. I opted for the silicone style. They are thick and I could not tear it with my hands. They make no noise when dangling. Dogs have not chewed them or even attempted so far. App worked just as it should. I love that I can add medical information.

Tips to remember: dishonest people exist, this will not protect against someone with bad intent. That does not mean the product is poor. And there is a degree of user error involved when setting up the tags. I found it very simple, but others may not. That also does not mean it's a bad product.

The only negative thing I have to say is, I'm made I didn't think of this first! Ordering was easy. My tags came in a timely fashion. Setting them up was a breeze. And I legit have less anxiety about my dog getting loose.
