Website had odd payment and shipping pages, very confusing. Took way too long to verify if I shipped it to different address from billing address. Should be clear and simple to avoid frustration. The package ended up going to me and not the person I was sending them to. Oops!

Very reasonable and great quality, highly recommended from my significant other. Very good on shipping timeframe and delivery timeframe.

Still haven't received my order it was purchased nearly 4 weeks ago

The one item I ordered as a first time customer, arrived defective. I took pictures of the item and contacted customer service. Their first offer was to give me a five dollar credit towards a future purchase. With shipping I paid $40 for the item after several emails back-and-forth, they raised the credit to $20. Though I didn't expect a refund which would have been the right thing to do in this case, I did expect them to at least give me a credit equal to what I paid for the item. They refused. I will never order from their website again. There are many other websites that sell similiar items, and actually stand behind what they sell. I do not recommend ordering from this site.

Lovely dress has pockets which I love, it's just huge like really wide and long I'll have it taken in and up as it is a lovely dress and CBA to return abroad, arrived in 2 weeks after ordering

The company delivers genuine products that are affordable, 100% as advertised. However, their delivery period is too long. Hope they will improve on that.
