My products seem to have been poorly made and looked cheap. They were nothing like the pictures. The material wasn't what I thought it would be. But I will purchase something else hopefully I have a better experience.

Not good at all, it's been over 6 weeks and I still haven't received my order!

Very quick and easy check out no problem it takes about 2 weeks but it's worth it

4 if the 5 items were horrible and can't change em for refund so don't buy from here I emailed them and they said give em to a friend and they will give me 30% off voucher I wasnt wasting another 75 euro. Stay away

The dress I ordered was to small I made sure I order the size to big.next my sneakers was definitely to small...I did not see a shoe size on the shoes.I am not satisfied with my oder.I will be returning it

Very long wait for delivery considering the charges and am happy with my purchase but I won't be ordering again simply due to the lengthy wait for my order plus the cost of postage. Unfortunately this has put me off ordering in the future

I made 2 orders on the same day or the next day and I received the first order but not the 2nd one. Very disappointed, as there is no customer service number or an official tracking number. Also, I ordered shoes in my size and they are too small!

Was a bit annoying if stuff is not in stock they should not be advertised

I never received my order I spent $135 I contacted them they said it was on it way I still haven't received my order and no money back

I love this website. It has beautiful items for women.

The colors were a little off from what was advertised, I'm still satisfied

1. No update
2. Package contain no information on where it was coming from.
3. Item place in a clear plastic zip lock type bag with no information where it was sent from.
4. Tennis was not as the photo.
5. Material looks very cheap and inside the tennis is very hard and outside is very hard and rough.
6. The tennis look like a rush process.

Items were good quality but neither fit me. When trying to arrange a return, it took days, to get the returns process from Boutique feel, all had to be done by messaging they were very reluctant to allow me to return the products, eventually after 10 days they sent me a return label which cost me £5

I ordered a dress and gym shoes and I never received the merchandise. I'm disputing the charge with American Express.
