Extreme bad service. I send my product for warranty after I received the wrong product and again I send return it to boat and again I received that same wrong product. Now no response from boat side. Happening from 3rd march. Now they thier reply is 'we are investigating the issue wait 48 hrs' I got this sentence 4 time from 24th march.

I ordered a product on 23rd from the board.It was an earphone product.When ordered on their website, they told the estimated delivery time is 25th.Because I had to travel on 27th. Me mumbai to delhi for train.But today is the 27th. None of the orders have been delivered.And talked to their customer care then they were speaking. Maybe tomorrow the delivery will happen maybe!And when I checked the tracking details, it is yet to be picked up from the Vendor That product.So I told him, should you cancel the product. I will get it from the local shop here. That product because I have to travel. I need a prodouct if I want to be taken out in a train in 2 days.What to say, can't you cancel the product?
This is my last order to the boat and let me also tell you that their service is so bad that you should not order any product from here, if you want their product, you can order it from Amazon or flipcart through.

I have bought a airpods from boat website and it didn't get delivered but still showing as delivered in website. I have ordered it to my office address and it was showing as delivered on Sunday. How can that possible? And when I called up their Customer service they are responding saying that I should get back to them regarding this issue before 24 hours. I have not realized that I got delivered message. When I read that message it was more that 24 hours. But I have not shared any otp and I didn't even got any call from delivery partner. I have paid money through boat website and its their responsibility to deliver that product to customer.they are not at all helpful. This is my very worst experience as boat products, they have given non working wrist watch, after that they harresesd a lot since 1 year while replacing product, they haven't given warranty of the product and stolen charger also, there isn't use of product, kindly do not buy any product from them, now we are going for the legal proceedings.
Very disappointed you have rejected replacement under warranty product because of physical damage but I have raised complete regarding product it not working it is not turning one if you can't replace it due damage but you can repair it as it not turning on... For this I will never choice boat again for any be this I m choice boat only for watch and music but from now onwards I will not use it and not recommended to any one. I haven't raised complete for physical damage it's for product it not working and physical damage is also your fault it.

I ordered a Wave Connect Boat Watch via Boat Website yesterday and today i receive a courier. I just see the box and the watch is missing in the courier. I tried their Whatsapp business account, worst experience and then had to search web for customer care number which is continuously busy managed to call a Mumbai customer care number and raised a complaint. They asked me to unbox it again and send video as well pictures of all the angles. I had to take pictures of an empty box...
