Your are not satisfied your customers once they got their items. I have very bad experience of your customer and email services. Your watches aren't good enough to use. And your replace your orders with cheap items with less price.
Boat has got worst service, either it might be delivering the product or customer service, few days back I ordered a boat product, they have shipped the product through skyrocket, skyrocket says the product is been delivered, where the product is not delivered, when I contacted the boat customer service, they say that the complaint should be raised in 24 hours if not they are not responsible, now I have lot my money and product, even boat customer care are arrogant.
I ordered a soundbar and it worked well for the first few weeks and then the performance gradually started decreasing. I applied for a warranty claim and the customer service department is dealing with it in the worst possible ways. I totally regret buying the product! I would least recommend the product to others. I made a big mistake buying something from BOAT.
On 20th oct ordered watch thru app. Order I'd: *******, there is no order status to know when this will get delivered, multiple mails sent but there is no bothering from the concern. Need some revert mail id *******@yahoo.co.in

To much time taking to deliver product very poor and third class service my mistake to bought product from boat website
I orderd from my colleague account and facing wrost courier service for our Boat stone 350 product and even waiting for long time... we ordered 02 speakrs and the person came with two boxes and in that one box
Was empty... very very disappointed with the courier services and even thses people are not even pickup the call... even hard to find customer support... the help line number also saying we are not working with boat now they are change the services.

Don't buy boat products because if product have any replacement issue they won't provide i faced with three service centres
Visited the service center as the ear dopes were not working. Tickets were raised multiple times however all were rejected stating invoice invalidated. After revisiting the service and contacting customer support I was informed that the dealer who purchased 2lakhs worth product for our company is not listed with them even though GST of both parties are provided. Also the invoice was multiple time used as per boat for replacement. Since these were gifts to employees we were given soft copies in case we had to replace the product as it was a bulk order.
I have recently sent my product to the boat to claim a warranty because my Airdopes 141 has stopped working. I sent this product to them (The original product) but at their testing center, they tested the wrong product and send the wrong product to me.
When I got the test report from them immediately I send them the invoice for my original product and write a mail that this is not my product you tested the wrong product but still they sent me the wrong product via Blue Dart.
Apart from the mail I also talked with customer support. They told me to write a mail again with the subject of "Wrong product received" and along with the images of wrong product. I have written the mail as same as I was instructed by the customer team.
But the second time also I received that wrong product only. I make a call to customer support twice.
1st answer from BOAT: Talk to the bluedart we've received the wrong product at the warehouse.
So I talked to bluedart,
1st answer from bluedart: The original product is sent to their warehouse. If we send them another product they can deny it at the warehouse. (which makes sense)
I make a call to boat again and was told the same thing.
2nd answer from BOAT: why did you receive the wrong product? (does it make any sense?)
Worst service I have ever seen.
My wife had bought a set from Boat. It arrived damaged, on August 18,2022. She sent them a mail on the same day itself. We are still writing letters to each other. Today is September 5,2022.
Better to be a Dumb - Head than be a Boat Head. In fact that is what they call you after you buy one of their products.
