Don't go for any boat products because after sales / warranty service is just pathetic, you will be trapped in replacement process, they are looting people by sending empty boxes in replacement and then they will never respond to you.
I am facing same issue from almost last 2 months but no one is even bother to share an update on my issue.
Later my friends told me that they have face same issue with boat
Last year I bought boat's smart watch(wave fit) on 07-05-2022 from the reliance digital store which is in Viviana mall. The wrist side of the watch got loose and due to which the button stopped working. So, according to the warranty I visited the store they told me that it is damage so they can't take it and told me go to the service centre located in charai after searching a lot I found that centre but the centre told me that they are not handling boat service now. I called the toll free number many but didn't got any good response.So after searching service center in Thane west only a single girl was handling many people that to very rudely and told to fill a online form but due to such long process the 1 year warranty was already completed so even the online link was accepting my request.So whats my fault in this the reliance store gave me the wrong address which wasted my time.It was worst experience for me.When I again went to the store with my mother she was very angry which made them do a little process. But still I feel that it won't work because they just did this to make us quite, if they really wanted to help us they would done it well before.

I have purchased boAt Micro USB Cable 2.4 A 1.5 m Micro USB 500 Black 1.5m against Order ID: OD************** Order Date: 23-09-2022 & Invoice Number FAJHUR*******471 Invoice Date: 23-09-2022 (file attached) by FLIPKART. It was Warranty: 2 Year National Warranty. Presently it was not working. So i have facing problem. I have register complain to boat against complain no ******* dt 13.05.2023. Boat company say "your warranty claim request has been rejected because seller mention on this invoice is unauthorised." (file attached). It is not justified. In my previous experience Boat company have replaced Boat Bassheads 225 in Ear wire purchase from Amazon but no issue. It was great jobs done with full trust. Previously i have purchased lots of product from Boat and also recommended to our friends, colleagues, relatives etc but present circumstances I promise that not purchase any boat products from Flipkart and not recommended anyone Please note that if customer have purchased from Amazon, flipkart (online) or local store (offline) the manufacture have should be warranty on this product item. So i request Boat team please pickup the item and get replacement as early as possible. I would be appreciated to look into the matter and help me. Don't break the trust.
I bought a board speaker while used to from flipkart but only after buying it after a few days there was problem in bluetooth connectivity so that i was not connecting in bluetooth and for this i also registered complaint from vote but air port Saying that it has internal part missing due to which my claim was rejected and when I was returned back my original speaker, it doesn't even have buttons, boat service team is doing a lot of fraud with the customer. I am really very disappointed with this from one months i am facing the same. If my problem does not resolve. I will throw it into the garbage and i will never purchase boat item and also suggest to my friend to not buy this product.
My airdopes touch are not working after taking back from service center I can't reset it because of this problem.

I have bad experience with boat customer care team. I have raised a complaint and for which the courier partner has taken the wrong product from me even after checking with him. And my claim got rejected. When I checked with the team, the response I received is wait for 120 days to raise again. Till that time my warranty period will be over
Since I purchased the boat airdrop 172 I faced so many issues with the product I was given product for the warranty but boat service centre said that product didn't have any issues. After that I recieved my airdrop from the warranty but my product is not working properly. Boat service is not supportive. Tell me boat what I should do my product is not working and your service centre reject my warranty claim. I would like to bring in your notice that the product which I have ordered Order No: ******* Order Date: 04-Aug-2022 was rockerz 260v1 active black but in invoice it mentioned on rockerz 260 active black and so they have sent replacement of rockerz 260 fusion black which is completely different product. I tried informing your customer care person (Araham) but he was very adamant and not ready to listen and also said it was my duty to check the invoice (if it is correct or not). I have also purchased 2 more rockerz 260v1 and invoice is having same mistake. I would like informed you that rockers 260 has only 4 colour is fusion black, blue, green and purple. Active black comes in rockerz 260v1. So I request you to kindly replace me with same model or upgrade I will not accept rockerz 260 fusion black.
Boat is known for their products which will work only for 1 year. Post the warranty period completes it stops. This review is as per my personal experience where i bought Airdopes from Boat and Avante Sound bar. Both of the products stopped working exactly after 1 year. I raised complaints however no response. Ticket # ******* is one of it and the customer care also dont have any idea on what is happening. Pathetic product and services. Please do not recommend it any of your dear and nears and help me spread this message
I am using boat xtend pro watch since 6 to 8 months but worst experience I ever had quality is too bad of watch & so many issue with Bluetooth connectivity & now it's totally not working Bluetooth & I have claimed my waranti already.

They give us one year warranty, but though within this period if any problems occur with the product,, they will pick up your product,, damage it to their last and will send you the message "that the product has major physical defect so will send you the same product back",,, such a fraud they are
I had baught Boat Airdopes 402. I have a very bad experience just after 6 months of use as only single piece is getting connected at a time. I raised a warranty claim for this. Item was picked up and same was returned back by service centre stating it a defective product. Now, i am feeling cheated. So, i strongly suggest not to buy such product from Boat.
I bought boat headphones and powerbank from local shop. Within three months headphones stopped working and i thrown them away. Also i bought powerbank *******mah its battery got inflated and provides backup of 10% charge and their officials refused to replace it as I bought from local shop. My bank is under warranty but still they refused to replace it. I will never recommend boat products to anyone.
