We have purchase boat earphone and we use but this earphone s is use with chemical and it's not safe for skin it's very impure it's taken moles and rases on my neck so it's risky use safe otherwise I suggest company can change something

I ordered an alpha airdopes for my cousin's birthday gift,when we opened it, it was an empty box only usb cable was found and the airdopes were missing. I raised a ticket for the same they asked me to send an email with pictures.i did the same they closed the ticket without even replying. I raised a ticket again some employee called swapna called me and disconnected the call while speaking and dint resolve the issue.its such a pathetic service and website.i should have checked the reviews before placing the order. Never thought it was a fraud company. I want my product or refund.

I recently ordered Airpod Atom 81 and received empty box.I called delivery boy and he said i am not responsible for this. Tried to connect with boat customer care but time was mentioned that you can connect after 9am in morning. After 2 days I had word with customer care of boat and he said i cant help out.This is the worst service I experienced from Boat.

Boat wave style smart watch was purchased by me. Its display has sustained scratches and touch is not working. Unfortunately, both doesn't have any service service to fix that problem. I have to now throw it in the dustbin. I have been advised to run from pillar to post see any local mechanic to fix the problem.

I purchased the Speakers in bulk quantity 30 nos and there were 4 empty boxes and one box was misising so i lost 5 speakers. Total loss of RS 5000 and company simply mentioned that the box was intact and nothing can be delivered further

We ordered a product of wireless ear pods 141. But we receive the product which is EMPTY without ear pods. We raised a compliant to the company, they said will be replaced for the product but now they are saying we placed order safely and the ticket was closed too.
