We sent a new piece of airdopes 131 with packing for replacement.
They replaced that fresh piece with an old piece of airdopes131 and that too without packaging and in a condition to not be used.

One of my earbuds piece was not working and it was still under warranty so when I sent it back to repair or replace they sent it back as it is saying it was working properly.
The service is very pathetic. They promise a replacement and send a refurbished product. Wouldn't not at all recommend boAt products

My head phone was not working one side i claim my warranty courier guy inspected headphone and he delivered to boat center and they told me that it's damaged

After damage in 2 month that is right side not working not connecting.and they are not exchanging it fast they are taking too much time I think it approx 15 days but they are not exchanging it fast very slow and poor service by boat with poor quality or airdops.

I am getting problem while uploading the invoice, my product is not on the product list, there is only black colour on the list but mine is teal green which is not on the list so unable to replace the product.
Boat is not working for quality at all. Products are not durable. I had bought watch which is dead after 2-3 month and bought earbuds which are good for calling.and waranty claim is just for name because site is not working for registration of complaint.

I purchased a Bluetooth Airdopes 183 from boatlifestyle website, but unfortunately, the product received is defective. It is not holding a charge, rendering it unusable. The website's interface is not user-friendly. Model and quality of the product not so good. Too delicate and it can be easily be destroyed in one fall. Like a egg cell

This is regarding Boat Nirvana ion ivory white earbuds…I have purchased this product on 25th June 2023 for 2304 INR. It's not even a month now. I had lot of trust and expectation on this product but my experience while using this earbuds is really very disappointing. While watching videos sometimes audio is not audible but video will be playing and some other times audio will be audible but video will get stuck it will be like paused. And also sometimes both audio and video will not work, happens to hear some kind of noise sound.also one more thing wat i noticed is in some promotional videos the product box has a label named as The Next Big Thing but the one which i received is not having this label. So maybe i have received a fake product from the company website itself.
I raised a warranty claim but they simply rejected stating that product is working fine and the same product will be sent back to me. So completely dissatisfied.
Answer: Please don't purchase any product of Boat which is warrenty issue.They are not supported warrenty
