After repairing other side not functioning well.
Again raising complaint they refuse this time by saying both airbuds are not there
What rubbish is that
I give them the earbud which is not working what they do with the other earbud.
My working earbud was lost so what my other earbud warrenty was also not liable to repair.
Is this right?

My Boat Airdopes 131 Ivory White Model was not working and I went to Lajpat Nagar and Claim and within few Days I Receive My New Airdopes at My Given Address as it was on 1 Year Warranty I am Very Happy I want to Give 5 Star to Boat Company and to their Services

Very bad service provider. Disgusting. I have purchased offline Airdopes 148. It's not working from the purchase of my 7th day. I had sent 2 times to the service centre for replacement. But they only returned same product with same problem. I'll not suggest to anyone to purchase any product from Boat.

I ordered Bluetooth headphone and I got empty box regarding same I tried to connect with customer care service and also email photos even after several reminder the refused to accept their fault and to deliver me product for which I have paid I am feeling cheated can't trust anymore later I found same empty box complaint over internet and Twitter also with other customers request you to save your money time energy peace of other trusted online portal

Bad experience, One side was not work and courier partner pick up my eardopes for repair i got a message that will be not covered under warranty just because of damaged, What they advised me if courier partner will come for pic up your product if found damaged will not be pic up...Sonif my product was damaged so don't know how they pic up my eardopes. Unbelievable.
One of the worst services provided by the boat company.Their airdopes product never lasts for even 6 months and when you ask for replacement the reject by showing different product and lie that it is damaged.

They pick up the same for warranty but never give replacement.

I buy boat rockerz 450 just 6 months ago and now it's into 2 pieces. Completely use less. The build quality of project is so under the mark. And now after talking with their customer support, they are just saying can do anything of it just buy a new one. I purchased it on Amazon and over there while purchasing there wasn't mentioned any where that there isn't any claims available of you have a physical damage. Completely unhappy with their products. I highly recommend not to buy any of their products.
My buds are in warranty period but they refused to repair and tell me that it's physical damage,but according to me it's internal problem and they are not repaire it and give it back to me.

Boat is known for their products which will work only for 1 year. Post the warranty period completes it stops. This review is as per my personal experience where i bought Airdopes from Boat and Neckband and again i purchase boat earbuds. All of the products stopped working exactly after 1 year. And earbuds are stop working only in 3 months. And i brought my airdopes for personal use after 6 months i changed battery but again same problem and now that was not in warranty periods. And i want repair my airdopes but everyone says not possible.and boat company said this is not in warranty.i totally loss of 4000 rupees
