I bought earpc 391 from boat website, but when we received my home at chennai, it was not working since last 1 week daily I'm struggling to get replacement but no-one taking seriously, we call customer care as well as boat local service centers but no response even I msg at twitter to boat owner Aman gupta but no response again, I sent msg to aman at Instagram but same here, so I found boat is useless company where service not good and if you are not getting good service then its waste to buy boat products, I suggest not to buy boat products bcoz now aman gupta and his company both are full of arrogance...so think 1000 times b4 buying anything from boat
Last week i bought boat airdopes 141 from boat's official website, i think it was my biggest mistake of life (as i think it is trustable brand) but in end i had very bad experience with boat as airdopes were not giving proper voice & its voice cracking continously it is very frustrating as well as worst experience of mine with boat. Additionaly, same last year i bought airdopes711 as result which 're not working (it works only for 2 or 3 days) & they didn't even return these airdopes. I wish i'll never buy boat product in future
Got empty box without product called customer services no response mailed them shared very corner photos and video of the parcel no reply from them don't trust with this boat company website I also prepaid with trust
I bought fire bolt Phoenix smart watch in February month 2023. In September it has a sensor issue. I went to service centre and they applied for exchange because it was in warrantee. After 15 days I recieved a product which was not same. It was fire bold talk and it was used & also has sensor issue. I calles boat customer service and they told me that same model is out of stock that's why they send me another model. I again went to service centre for a exchange and request them to convey the message that I want the same model. After 20 days I again received the model fireboat talk which is used, dirty and have scratches.
For any electronic device the warranty period is small, but the products are supposed to last a bit longer even with servicing and repair, but after purchasing boat product we came to know there is NO AUTHORISED SERVICE FACILITY once the warranty expires.
Now on I should prefer other companies, or even local products, as the offer paid service aftre warranty.
Actually I was booked complaint for my airpodes because I can't hear properly, while giving right side earbuds was working and left side was not working and after repair my right side earbuds is not working...I don't know who repaired my earbuds...I really fedd up from boat service...and it is really poor service and we can see negligency in that... don't buy guys

If anyone wish to check, share me your mail I'd, I can send entire mail communication with me and how the blame their customers. My brother purchased Boat Airdopes 161 - pebble black.
When product is delivered...i open box then i see shocked...when i see only 1 airpods is put in box...not pair of airpods box, not extra buds and no charging cable...
Then after i have sent 8 to 9 mail and 10 to customer care but no one can respond...when he get replacement ticket generated...5 days wait but no response.
One delivery boy come and say your warranty is out of date, we can't helping you and not accept my parcel.
Boat is brand but its actually not a brand its a ***d. So please not exited then boat advertising and purchase products...

I am facing so many problems with my Nirvana Ion Charcoal Black AirPods since last 1 month.And for this reason, I sent my products to the service side of the boat twice but each time their team returned it saying that the product is okeyI sent a lot of requests but their team did not take any action even though Nirvana Ion Charcoal has 1 year warranty or their product was not serviced properly even for 2 months.And this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, earlier I had taken closed neck band erepode, that too got spoiled, 2nd time I ordered this and it did not last even 2 months.This BOAT company or its guarantee or warranty both are TOTALLY FAKE, do not purchase the product. Their service is also not good, the same product will be returned to you. Not repair it properly
Boat is not recommended to any one as boat is just a bad brand in the name of make in India. It's customer service is pathetic as they have uneducated people who don't understand the customer issues.Secondly the service centres have illiterate asholes who doesn't understand basic color difference of black and green. Not a responsible company. 0 product 0 customer support 0 warranty claim everything is 0. NOT RECOMMENDED

I had Warenty card so I went to boat service center I gave correct invoice bill but after one day they mail me and told me that ur boat immortal 161 black sabre invoice is mismatch. It's boat service center's fault because I brought airdopes 161 pebble black and I have uploaded correct invoice. Now boat service center stoped my waranty process and they didn't even take calls at all.

I bought Boat earpods immortal 121 from amazon last year and it is still in warranty. One fine day, one earpiece opened and when i tried to fix, it got fixed. But it opened again and I raised the request for replacement and it got rejected stating the product was damaged. I called customer care but they are not able to help me out.
Damaged always means if the product is not working or any wire is broken. I dont know what it means as per your team.
Earbud was in working condition while picked up by courier boy. The problem was one earpiece's lid opened continuously.
